Steps to avail the Offer

The Priority Pass will be extended only to eligible cardholders, basis specific written request received from the Key Contact Person (KCP) from the respective Corporate.

The Key Contact Person shall have to place a written request with the cardholders details - Name of the Cardholder and Card Number to dedicated corporate servicing team at sbicorporate.services@sbicard.com or call our helpline at 1860 180 1290 or 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD code) for issuance of the same.

The Key Contact Person information will be available with the HR/ADMIN/XX of the respective Corporate.

Eligible Cards

Only on SBI Signature Corporate Card, SBI Platinum Corporate Card & Tata Corporate Card.

  1.   2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is till 31stDay of Dec, 2018(both days inclusive) unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant.
  3. For all SBI Platinum Corporate Cardholders, the Priority pass membership is applicable for 2 years at a price of INR180/year. While for a SBI Signature Corporate Cardholder, the priority pass membership stands complimentary for 2 years. For renewal of membership, the SBI Corporate Cardholder can apply online directly with priority pass at www.prioritypass.com/sbivisa and can choose from the discounted membership options available.
  4. For SBI Platinum Corporate Cardholders the Priority pass - will be extended only to eligible cardholders, basis specific written request received from the Key Contact Person (KCP) for the respective Corporate. The Key Contact Person shall have to place a written request to the corporate card services e-mail ID for issuance of the same. The Key Contact Person information will be available with the HR/ADMIN/XX of the respective Corporate.
  5. Priority Pass issuance can take up to 21 days in advance of the scheduled travel date. Cardholders & KCP's are requested to place requests for issuance well in advance so as to avoid delays in delivery while travelling.

  7. The membership to the Priority Pass program is a promotional Offer jointly made available by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited ("SBICPSL") under a commercial arrangement with M/s Priority Pass Limited (" Priority Pass" "). This Offer is accordingly available only to SBI Platinum and Signature Corporate Cardholders under the aegis of VISA (Collectively " VISA Cardholders"). This Offer is further made available only to such VISA Cardholders to whom this Offer is communicated through an appropriate medium chosen at the sole option and discretion of SBICPSL.
  8. The VISA Cardholders who have qualified to receive the Priority Pass card under this Promotion will each receive a membership card with a respective Unique membership number which will be sent by SBICPSL through their contact details registered by the cardholder during application
  9. The Priority Pass card is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiry and when it has been signed by the cardholder. The card may not be used by any person other than the cardholder.
  10. The priority Pass card is not a payment card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud. Admittance to the lounges is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass card only. Payment cards will not be accepted as substitutes for the Priority Pass card
  11. Lounge visits are subject to a per person per visit charge. Where applicable (dependent upon membership plan), all such visits, including those by accompanying guests, shall be debited to the cardholder’s payment card by (i) Priority Pass or (ii) the card issuer as per the rates and terms notified by (i) Priority Pass or (ii) the card issuer to the cardholder in respect of his/her Priority Pass membership.
  12. Any changes in lounge visit charges shall be notified to the card issuer, who is responsible for advising the cardholder. The Priority Pass Group of companies cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the cardholder and the card issuer nor for any loss incurred by the cardholder relating to any lounge visit charges debited by the card issuer.
  13. When presenting the Priority Pass card on entering the lounge. The lounge staff will take an imprint of the card and issue a ‘Record of Visit’ voucher to the cardholder or make a log entry. Some lounges have electronic card readers, which will take the cardholder’s details off the magnetic strip on the reverse side of the Priority Pass card. Where applicable, the cardholder must sign the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher, which will also reflect the exact number of accompanying guests, if any, but does not show any per person per visit charge.
  14. The charge per visit for the cardholder, where relevant, and that for any guests will be based on the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/log submitted by the lounge operator. While it is the responsibility of the lounge staff to ensure a voucher imprint/log is made of the Priority Pass card, the cardholder is responsible for ensuring the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/log correctly reflects their own usage and that of any guests at the time of using the lounge. Where applicable, the cardholder is responsible for retaining the ‘Cardholder’s’ copy of the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher presented to them at the lounge.
  15. All participating lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The cardholder and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating lounge/club. Access may be restricted due to space constraints but this will be wholly at the discretion of each individual lounge operator. The Priority Pass group of companies has no control over the facilities offered, the opening/closing times or the personnel employed by the lounges. The administrators of Priority Pass will use every endeavor to ensure the benefits and facilities are available as advertised, but the Priority Pass group of companies does not warrant nor guarantee in any way that said benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the cardholder’s visit.
  16. Neither is the Priority Pass group of companies liable for any loss to the cardholder, or any accompanying guests, arising from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or in part) of any of the advertised benefits and facilities.
  17. All accompanying children (where permitted) will be subject to the full guest fee unless otherwise stated in the lounge listing. Participating lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 3-4 hours) to prevent overcrowding. This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays.
  18. Participating lounges have no contractual obligation to announce flights and the Priority Pass group of companies shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting out of any cardholder and/or accompanying guests failing to board their flight(s)
  19. The provision of free alcoholic drinks (where local law permits) is at the discretion of each lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. In such cases the cardholder is responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption direct to the lounge staff. (See individual lounge descriptions for details.) Telephone facilities (where available) vary from lounge to lounge and are provided at the lounge operator’s discretion. Free usage is normally limited to local calls only. Fax, Shower, Internet and Wi-fi charges (where applicable) are at the discretion of each lounge operator and the cardholder is responsible for paying these direct to the lounge staff. • Admittance to lounges is strictly subject to cardholders and any guests being in possession of a valid flight ticket for the same day of travel. Airline, airport and other travel industry employees traveling on reduced rate tickets may not be eligible for access. Outside the US, flight tickets must be accompanied by a valid boarding pass for a departing flight, i.e. outbound passengers only.
  20. Please note some lounges in Europe are located within designated Schengen areas of the airport which means that access is only provided to these lounges if members are traveling between Schengen countries. (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.)
  21. Admittance to lounges is subject to members and any guests (including children) behaving and dressing (no shorts allowed outside of the USA) in an orderly and correct manner. Any infants or children causing upset to other users’ comfort may be asked to vacate the lounge facilities.
  22. The Priority Pass group of companies is not liable for any loss suffered by the member and any guests where a lounge operator has refused admission because the member and/or guests have not complied with these conditions. In the event of the cardholder canceling or not renewing their (i) Priority Pass membership or (ii) payment card with the card issuer, the Priority Pass card shall be invalid effective from the cancellation date of their (i) Priority Pass membership or (ii) payment card. Any lounge visits made by a cardholder using an invalid card, including any guests, shall be charged to the cardholder.
  23. Renewal terms and conditions are at the discretion of Priority Pass Ltd. Priority Pass Ltd has the right to refuse membership to people who are employed by or contracted to an airline, airport or a Government in respect of airline or airport security. The Priority Pass group of companies shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the cardholder and/or any guests and a lounge operator. The Priority Pass group of companies reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion and without notice to revoke membership in Priority Pass. Where applicable a proportional refund of the annual fee/enrollment fee (whichever is applicable) will be made provided revocation has not been made because of fraud by the cardholder.
  24. Usage of the Priority Pass enabled lounges shall be subject to terms and conditions that may be imposed by each of the individual lounges (as modified by such from time to time) and it is the sole responsibility of the VISA Cardholder to check and comply with these terms and conditions if and when the occasions arise.
  25. Usage of Priority Pass shall be subject always to availability of the lounges. In addition, block out periods or timings may apply for various lounges. Cardholders should check with the individual lounges through http://www.prioritypass.com/ in case of any queries in relation to availability of the lounges in advance for using their Priority Pass. In sum the Priority Pass mode of usage and any other matter connected with its use is concurrently governed by the standard terms of the owning franchisee for these Passes and that shall be to the exclusion of any reference to either SBICPSL and/or Priority Pass.
  26. The Priority Pass facility shall be available to the cardholder on the condition that the SBI Platinum Card continues to remain valid. The Cardholder’s Priority Pass shall be blocked if the cardholder’s Platinum Card is blocked on account of any fraud/default. The Priority Pass and the facilities on the same is a complimentary benefit to Visa Cardholders and cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion or privileges (including club or membership privileges with Priority Pass, the lounges and SBICPSL).
  27. All Priority Passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Furthermore the Priority Pass Card is purely a membership card and does not have any credit facilities. In case of loss or theft of the Priority Pass it is the liability of the cardholder to report loss to the SBI Card helpline any usage charge on card prior to reporting will be borne by the customer. Duplicate Priority Pass Card will be issued and a charge of Rs.200 will be levied to card account. SBICPSL will not be responsible under any circumstances for any failure, act or omission of the individual member lounges in relation to the usage of the Priority Pass by the Cardholders (or attempts by Cardholders thereof). All matters pertaining to the Priority Pass service as provided by the individual lounges and made available by Priority Pass is to the sole reference and resolution by the individual lounges and.
  28. SBICPSL shall not have any role, responsibility or liability in this regard. All disputes and differences arising out of a VISA Cardholder use of this Offer an the benefits contained herein are subject to first conciliation and subsequently arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act , 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereto. Arbitration proceedings on emergence of a dispute or difference through notice shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL.
  29. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties as final and definitive decree of the court. Existence of a dispute shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL or any of its associated partners.
