    • This marketing programme (Programme) is from SBI CARDS AND PAYMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Future Retail Limited (“Merchant”) and is open to select residents of India holding a valid fbb SBI STYLEUP Card (“Cardholder”)
    • The validity of the programme is from 25 Mar’17 to 14 Apr’17 (Both days included) unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
    • Under this Programme:

    •A cardholder who swipes his/her fbb SBI STYLEUP Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2500/- or more -in Fashion category (Apparel, accessories & footwear) at Big Bazaar/Fbb stores is eligible under the programme
    •It’s a spend based contest 10 highest spender in each zone will be declared as winners
    •Total Zone 3 .. East -West Bengal Region Only, North – Punjab & Haryana Region Only, South – Kerala Region Only
    •Each winner will get e- gift voucher worth Rs. 500/-
    •The prize is sponsored by SBICPSL
    •SBI Card will contact the winners -through mobile number registered with SBI Card
    •Winner will get e-Voucher code on his registered mobile number
    •Validity of voucher will be 1 year from the date of issuance

    • SBICPSL and FRL reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme at any time
    • Other SBI Credit Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation will be voluntary
    • Settlement of disputes: Terms and conditions set herein shall be governed by the laws of India only. All disputes arising under the offer shall be tried under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
    • The Programme is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only..
    • The personal information provided by the winner may be used by SBICPSL or merchant for advertising and communication purpose.

    • All other terms and conditions of the Sunburn Finale Event’16 will be applicable over and above these terms and conditions.
    • SBICPSL or merchant shall not be liable for any injury or damage to person or property of the winner while attending sunburn event.
    • The benefits of this offer and/or prizes cannot be exchanged either for cash or in any other form

    • This marketing program (Program) is from Federal Bank under an arrangement with SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL). It is open to all residents of India sourced under Federal SBI Cobranded Credit Card in March and April 2017 and to whom a communication is sent by Federal Bank , SBICPSL.
    • Offer: Extra Rs.300 Cashback in your Federal Bank Savings Bank Account on spending Rs. 2000 within 30 days from the card issuance date.
    • Valid only for customers whose Joining Fee is paid and has a valid Savings Bank account at the time of fulfillment of offer.
    • The Offer is valid from Mar 01, 2017 (00:00 Hours) to April 30, 2017 (23:59 Hours), (Offer Period).
    • Only Primary cards will be eligible for the offer and add on cards will be not be treated as separate card.
    • Extra Rs. 300 Cashback for eligible customers will be posted within 90 days from offer end date.
    • Cardholders are requested to retain the charge slip for 180 days’ post program period.

    • Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a joint arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL & Federal Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
    • Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is entirely voluntary.
    • SBICPSL & Federal Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time without any prior notice to the Cardholders.
  • 0% Interest on ATM Cash Withdrawal upto 10 Apr 2017

    1. The “Cash Withdrawal” offer (hereinafter “ Offer”) is made open to a select category of SBI Credit Cardholder (“Cardholders”) determined by SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) and to whom this offer is communicated by a suitable medium decided at the sole option and discretion of SBICPSL.
    2. The Offer is valid from 27th Jan’17 to 10th April’17. Both dates inclusive (hereinafter “Term”)
    3. By availing this offer benefits by conducting a financial transaction of withdrawing cash through an ATM machine, the Cardholder provides consent to all terms and conditions.
    4. During the offer period, no interest is being charged on cash withdrawals through an ATM machine by the Cardholders. This Offer is exclusive of any other offer or schemes of SBICPSL and it cannot be clubbed and/or combined with any other similar schemes.

      Illustration: -

      1. If you withdraw on 27th Jan’17, you will be charged 0% p.m. for 74 days till 10th Apr’17
      2. If you again withdraw on 1st Mar’17, you will be charged 0% p.m. for 41 days till 10th Apr’17
    5. A transaction fee of 2.5% or Rs.300 whichever is higher at domestic SBI ATMs and other domestic ATM's and 3% or Rs. 300, whichever is higher at international ATMs will be levied on all cash withdrawals under this Offer.
    6. This Offer is being extended on a best effort basis and the participation by a Cardholder is purely voluntary. SBICPSL shall not have and accepts no other liability except and in accordance with these Offer terms, in the event of any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which the SBI Cardholder may suffer or incur by way of his/her participation in this offer or with any matter whether directly, indirectly, incidentally and consequentially connected therewith.
    7. SBICPSL reserves the right at any time with/without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this scheme by any other scheme, whether similar to this scheme or not or to altogether withdraw this offer.
    8. Any disputes or differences arising out of this Program and any of its governing terms shall be referred to Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any amendments carried thereof. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by a sole Arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of Arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the disputing parties.
    9. Existence of a dispute shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.

The “Cash Withdrawal” offer (hereinafter “ Offer”) is made open to a select category of SBI Credit Cardholder (“Cardholders”) determined by SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) and to whom this offer is communicated by a suitable medium decided at the sole option and discretion of SBICPSL.
    2. The Offer is valid from 27th Jan’ to 25th Apr’17. Both dates inclusive (hereinafter “Term”)
    3. By availing this offer benefits by conducting a financial transaction of withdrawing cash through an ATM machine, the Cardholder provides consent to all terms and conditions.

    • The validity of the programme is from 07th Mar’17-15th Mar’17 (Both days included) unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
    • Under this Programme:
    1. A cardholder who swipes his/her fbb SBI STYLEUP Card for a minimum value of Rs. 2,000/- or more -in Fashion category (Apparel, accessories & footwear) at Big Bazaar/Fbb stores is eligible under the programme
    2. Highest spender during the validity of the programme will be provided 1 couple pass for Sunburn event (“Prize”). The pass will be valid for the event entry only. The winner will have to make his/her own arrangements for Food, Travel & stay
    3. The prize is sponsored by FRL.
    4. SBI Card will contact the winners -through mobile number registered with SBI Card and passes will be e-mailed to the winner in his/her registered email id with SBI Card.

      • This offering is from SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) as a value added product offer for IRCTC SBI Platinum Credit Cardholders(“Cardholder”) as may be communicated by SBICPSL via banners on SBI Card’s website, i.e. sbicard.com.
      • Only the applicants who have submitted their IRCTC SBI Platinum Card applications on SBI Card’s website, i.e. sbicard.com, by clicking on IRCTC Card’s promotional banners and those who have issued a IRCTC SBI Platinum Credit Card and made the payment of annual fee of Rs. 500/- will be eligible for this offer.

      • In addition to these Big Bazaar voucher Terms and Conditions, Big Bazaar vouchers and their use in their stores are also subject to Big Bazaar's general Terms of Use & Big Bazaar’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.
      • If lost/misused, E-Voucher(s) cannot be replaced/refunded and cannot be revalued.
      • E-Voucher code is valid for one time use in Big Bazaar store only. E-Voucher Code not valid for multiple usages. E-Vouchers can be redeemed only once, and in one single order.
      • SBICPSL will not be responsible non-delivery of SMSs, wrong email id/mobile number updation or incomplete email id/mobile number updation in the system etc. Email/SMS will be sent to the email id and mobile number as updated in SBICPSL’s system.
      • SBICPSL will not be responsible for non-delivery of E-voucher code to redeem gift in case the mobile number is on DNCR as per regulation.
      • Extension of codes will not be granted under any circumstance.

    Standard Terms & Conditions

    • SBICPSL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal by vendor to honor this offer for any reason whatsoever.
    • SBICPSL does not hold out any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability, suitability etc., of the products and/or services offered by vendor and SBICPSL shall not entertain any correspondence in this regard.
    • The products & services offered under this offer are at the sole responsibility of the participating Merchants and at their exclusive costs and consequences. SBICPSL does not endorse, nor recommends the quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose(s), after sale services, warranties etc., of the products and/or services being made available under this offer.

    • Returned purchases/transactions, disputed and/or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and fees/charges will not be considered for this offer.
    • This Offer is a standalone offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of SBICPSL in any manner or form.
    • Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the cardholder and SBICPSL. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English.
    • Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL. This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law
    • In case of any dispute, decision of SBICPSL shall be final and binding.
    • If any term of this offer is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this offer, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included.
    • Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer and any participation is purely voluntary.
    • SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer at its sole discretion.

    • This Offer is also subject to a maximum limit on the amount that may be availed by the Cardholder. The limit on the Offer can either be over and above the existing credit limit or from within the existing credit limit of SBICPSL.     • The monthly repayment amount is calculated as (Principal Amount + Interest charge) / Tenure in months. The interest charged is the reducing rate of interest and accordingly at any given month the portion of the monthly repayment amount applied towards interest is determined by multiplying the reducing interest rate with the principal outstanding after the deduction of the previous month repayment amount. In other words, the reducing rate of interest is the rate which when charged brings the outstanding principal to zero at the end of the tenor, where the interest charged is calculated on a reducing principal balance.
    • Eligible cardholders will be credited with the Processing Fee Waiver within 45 days of offer closure i.e 17th March 2017
    • The monthly repayment schedule will begin from the SBICPSL Cardholder next billing statement and continue over the tenure period chosen for the Offer.
    • The Minimum Amount Due (MAD) will be 5% of the SBICPSL Cardholders existing revolving balances (Retail/Cash/Balance Transfer) and the monthly repayment amount due under the Offer (or all monthly repayment amounts due in case of multiple Offers).
    • Non Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a maximum credit charge of 3.35%p.m. on the unpaid monthly repayment amounts.
    • Under Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a maximum credit charge of 3.35%p.m. on the unpaid monthly repayment amounts.
    • In the event of non-payment / short payment of the Minimum Amount Due for more than three successive months or 90 days whichever is earlier, the Encash facility shall be closed/withdrawn on 91st day and the principal outstanding along with the outstanding interest accrued till the date of such closure shall be debited to the Credit Card Account and appear in the subsequent monthly statement. SBICPSL shall be entitled to demand immediate repayment of such consolidated outstanding amounts. As a part of the Credit Card Account, this balance will now attract all the charges including finance charges at the credit card rate of interest, over-limit charges in the event the Account balance post transfer of loan outstanding if any exceeds the existing Credit Card limit as mentioned in the cardholders MITC.
    • The SBICPSL Cardholder is supposed to pay the MAD in full to avoid getting delinquent.
    • The SBI cardholder may place a request for voluntarily pre-closing the Encash Offer prior to the maturity of the tenure period opted for, by calling the SBI Card Helpline or through our website. A foreclosure fee amounting to 3% of the Principal outstanding would be levied for such pre-closure requests. The Principal outstanding is calculated basis reducing interest rate as shown in the amortization schedule sent along with Encash Cheque. In the illustration mentioned in point 30 the “balance” column will be used to calculate the foreclosure amount for example if the cardholder forecloses in the 5th month the foreclosure amount will be calculated as INR 12097.82*3% =Rs 362.93.
    • In the event a cardholder puts a cancellation request by calling the SBI Card helpline within 45 days of the Offer getting booked, then all fees and charges levied will be reversed. Notwithstanding above, it is clarified that the applicable fees and charges will not be reversed once the cheque issued to the cardholder has been cleared and resulted in a clear credit to the Cardholder account. Also in case the cancellation request is received at the SBI Card helpline post 45 days of booking, the processing fees charged will not be reversed and the cardholder would be liable to pay the same. In this scenario, the processing fee waiver provided for the Encash web offer would not be applicable. For such cancellation scenarios, if the processing fee waiver is provided on the account, the same would be reversed within 45 days of offer closure i.e. by 17th Mar 2017
    • No request for change in billing cycle will be entertained before all the repayment amounts have been cleared by the Cardholder.
    • Transfer from this Offer to any other offer will not be entertained. SBICPSL reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify or change or vary terms and conditions herein after giving due notice to the Cardholder.

    13. SBI Card will endeavor to effect payments / carry-out instructions received by it within Bill due date. However, SBI Card does not warrant that Payment / fulfillment of instructions will not be delayed for reasons beyond its control including any default on the part of the service provider. As the instructions would depend on various electronic technology used from time to time, there could be delays in receipt of any instructions by SBI Card from the cardholder and by the provider of Utilities / Services. For all such delays, the service provider of such services shall be responsible and liable being the owner and administrator of these services.
    14. The cardholder shall not hold SBI Card liable for any non-service, delayed service or faulty service rendered by the provider of Utilities / Services and shall not contact or communicate in any manner whatsoever, inter alia, by electronic mail, phone, post, SMS, or personal meeting with SBI Card in this regard.
    15. SBI Card will not accept any cancellation request by the cardholder if the payment transaction has been authorized on his card account and payment accepted by the Biller. Any disputes will have to be settled by the cardholder directly with the Biller.

      13. At any given month the portion of the monthly repayment amount applied towards interest is determined by multiplying the monthly reducing interest rate with the principal outstanding after the deduction of the previous month repayment amount. In other words, the reducing rate of interest is the rate which when charged brings the outstanding principal to zero at the end of the tenor, where the interest charged is calculated on the reducing principal balance. Illustrative example of amortization scheduled given in clause No.40.
      14. For the purposes of booking Flexipay, the period of 30 days from the date of the retail transaction is the defined term (“Eligible Term”). If any transaction is converted to Flexipay after the Payment Due Date (“PDD”), interest charges of 3.35% p.m. will be levied on the transaction amount for the period beginning from the date of transaction to the date on which Flexipay conversion takes place. Additionally it is clarified that irrespective of the foregoing charges, a cardholder who has not paid the Minimum Amount Due (“MAD”) in full, late payment charges will be levied.

It is stipulated, if the SBI credit cardholder is revolving at the time of request for transfer of retail purchase to Flexipay, he will continue to be charged the standard credit card charge of 3.35% p.m. on his revolving balance till the time the transfer to Flexipay actually takes place within the Term defined hereinabove.
      20. Upon Flexipay approval, the SBI Credit Cardholder credit limit shall be blocked upto Flexipay Principal Amount + Processing Fee. The Credit limit gets adjusted as and when the Flexipay installment payments are made by the SBI credit cardholder.
      21. A SBI credit cardholder can take multiple Flexipay subject to the available credit limit on his SBI Credit Card account.
      22. Flexipay monthly installment is calculated as (Flexipay Principal Amount + Flexipay interest charge)/ Tenure. Example: Principle amount is Rs.10,000/-, Interest rate is 8% p.a. and Tenure is 24 months. The total interest charge will be (10,000 * 8% * 24/12) = Rs.1600/-. The EMI is calculated as (10,000/- + 1600/-)/24.
      23. Flexipay monthly installment schedule will begin from the SBICPSLholder next billing statement and continue over the Flexipay tenure. The Flexipay monthly installment (s) shall be included in the Minimum Amount Due (MAD) of the Statement of account in the duration of the Flexipay tenure.
      24. The MAD will be 5% of the SBICPSLholder existing revolving balances (Retail/Cash/Balance Transfer) and Flexipay monthly installment due (or all Flexipay monthly installments due in case of multiple Flexipays booked by the Cardholder).
      25. Non Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a standard credit charge of 3.35% p.m. on the unpaid Flexipay monthly installments.

      27. In the event of non-payment / short payment of the Minimum Amount Due (MAD) for more than three successive months or 90 days whichever is earlier, the Flexipay shall be closed on 91st day and the principal outstanding along with the outstanding interest accrued till the date of such closure shall be debited to the Credit Card Account and appear in the subsequent monthly statement. SBICPSL shall be entitled to demand immediate repayment of such consolidated outstanding amounts. As a part of the Credit Card Account, this balance will now attract all the charges including finance charges at the credit card rate of interest, over-limit charges in the event account balance post transfer of loan outstanding if any exceeds the existing Credit Card limit as mentioned in the cardholders MITC.
      28. In the event, a cardholder puts a cancellation request, within 45 days of Flexipay facility getting booked then all fees charged will be reversed. In this scenario, the processing fee waiver provided on the Flexipay facility would not be applicable. For such cancellation scenarios, if the processing fee waiver is provided on the account, the same would be reversed within 60 days of offer closure i.e. by 6th Jan 2017.
      29. The SBICPSL cardholder can make request for cancellation of Flexipay by calling the SBICPSL helpline. On receipt of this request, the outstanding Flexipay principal amount is moved back to SBICPSL cardholders retail balance and a cancellation fee of 3% of Principal outstanding post 45 days shall be levied on the same. The outstanding principle amount is calculated basis reducing interest rate.
      30. At the time of cancellation of Flexipay, if the SBICPSL cardholders account is revolving, then the above mentioned amount (Flexipay Principal Amount + Cancellation fee) will be added to the revolving balance and will attract a standard credit card interest charges.
      31. Booking a Flexipay on phone will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this program as set forth on www.sbicard.com and/or any other medium chosen by SBICPSL.
      32. Flexipay booking requests sent by mail or electronic mail will be considered valid only if received by SBICPSL within 30 days of transaction date/ before the Payment Due Date (whichever is earlier).

All fees / charges applicable to the facility may or may not be dynamic and are subject to modifications based on SBICPSL periodic internal review. .
      8. This Offer is also subject to a maximum limit on the amount that may be availed by the Cardholder. The limit on the Offer can either be over and above the existing credit limit or from within the existing credit limit of SBICPSL. In all events when an Encash is offered over and above the credit limit, the maximum limit shall be contained and communicated by way of the proposed communication medium as made applicable by SBICPSL to the intended recipient. In all events when an Encash is offered from the credit limit, the amount offered will be part of theexisting credit limit and the credit limit shall be blocked up to Principal availed + Interest component.       18. The SBICPSL Cardholder is supposed to pay the MAD in full to avoid getting delinquent.
      19. The SBI cardholder may place a request for voluntarily pre-closing the Encash Offer prior to the maturity of the tenure period opted for, by calling the SBI Card Helpline or through our website. A foreclosure fee amounting to 3% of the Principal outstanding would be levied for such pre-closure requests. The Principal outstanding is calculated basis reducing interest rate as shown in the amortization schedule sent along with Encash Cheque. In the illustration mentioned in point 30 the “balance” column will be used to calculate the foreclosure amount for example if the cardholder forecloses in the 5th month the foreclosure amount will be calculated as INR 12097.82*3% =Rs 362.93.
      20. In the event a cardholder puts a cancellation request by calling the SBI Card helpline within 45 days of the Offer getting booked, then all fees and charges levied will be reversed. Notwithstanding above, it is clarified that the applicable fees and charges will not be reversed once the cheque issued to the cardholder has been cleared and resulted in a clear credit to the Cardholder account. Also in case the cancellation request is received at the SBI Card helpline post 45 days of booking, the processing fees charged will not be reversed and the cardholder would be liable to pay the same. In this scenario, the Cashback provided for the Encash web offer would not be applicable. For such cancellation scenarios, if the Cashback is provided on the account, the same would be reversed within 60 days of offer closure i.e. by 20th Nov 2016.
      21. No request for change in billing cycle will be entertained before all the repayment amounts have been cleared by the Cardholder.

    1. The "Balance Transfer on Easy Monthly Installment" ("BT on EMI") facility is an offer from SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited ("SBICPSL") which is open to the residents of India holding a valid and subsisting primary SBI Credit Card (" SBI Cardholders") only. This facility is not available to the delinquent and any other ineligible SBI credit cardholders determined as per the internal policy of SBICPSL.
    2. This facility is only available for selected customers who have applied for BT at the Point of sale (while applying for SBI Card).
    3. By availing this Offer and benefits accruing thereto, the Cardholder explicitly agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.
    4. The Offer shall be communicated through the appropriate medium as decided by SBICPSL at its sole option and discretion.
    5. The Balance Transfer amount requested by the primary SBI Cardholder would be processed by SBICPSL subject to a minimum Balance Transfer amount of Rs. 5,000 and a maximum amount of 75% of the available credit limit as assigned to the primary SBI Credit Card Account of the SBI Cardholder.
    6. The BT on EMI is an additional facility offered by SBICPSL to the SBI Cardholders to exercise the option of availing a Balance Transfer amount and to convert it into easy monthly installment over the tenure as applicable to the Balance Transfer. The facility is meant to be a staggered payment option for the SBI Cardholders.
    7. At any given month, the portion of the monthly repayment amount applied towards interest is determined by multiplying the reducing interest rate with the principal outstanding after the deduction of the previous month repayment amount. In other words, the reducing rate of interest is the rate which when charged brings the outstanding principal to zero at the end of the tenure, where the interest charged is calculated on a reducing principal balance.
    8. There is only one BT on EMI Plan available namely:
      • Interest at the rate of 0% per month for 3 months (one time processing fee of 3% or Rs. 300 whichever is higher).
    9. This facility can be availed by SBI Cardholders for different tenures and at different interest rates as specified above, after payment of charges e.g. processing fee etc. as may be set forth by SBICPSL from time to time. By opting for a BT on EMI of a particular tenure through appropriate medium, a Cardholder expressly consents to meet all his obligations hereto.
    10. It is clarified that for and up to 50 days interest free period will continue to be valid on any retail purchases for those SBI Cardholders who may have opted for BT on EMI in their account.
    11. In case the cardholder places a cancellation request within 45 days of the BT on EMI getting booked, then all fees and interest charged by SBICPSL will be reversed. Notwithstanding the above such applicable fee and/or charges will not be reversed once cheque issued to the Cardholder has been cleared and resulted in a clear credit to the Cardholder account duly evidenced by the statement of account issued to the Cardholder. Further, in all cases cancellation post elapse of 45 days, the fees and other applicable charges, if any, as may be charged by SBICPSL to the SBI Cardholder will not be reversible and all such fees and/or charges shall stand forfeited.
    12. Visa Money Transfer facility from SBICPSL is currently available on Visa Money Transfer Only. In case of Balance Transfer processed through Visa Money Transfer, it takes 3 working days to credit the amount to the other credit card issuing company. The SBI Cardholder understands that once the request has been processed and the amount has been so credited to other credit card issuing company, the request cannot be reversed.
    13. The SBI cardholder shall be levied a foreclosure fee amounting to 3% of the Principal amount outstanding in case of the Offer being voluntarily pre-closed by the customer prior to the maturity of the tenure period opted for. The principal outstanding is calculated basis reducing interest rate as shown in the amortisation scheduled sent along with Balance Transfer on EMI Cheque. In the illustration mentioned in point 34 the “Principal Outstanding” column will be used to calculate the foreclosure amount for example if the cardholder forecloses in the 2nd month the foreclosure amount will be calculated as Rs. 4000*3% =Rs. 120.
    14. The BT on EMI facility is not applicable and specifically excludes all add on SBI Cardholders and this facility and all benefits accruing thereof is made open to only the Primary SBI Cardholders as detailed above. Accordingly, no request from any Add on SBI Cardholders shall be entertained by SBICPSL in this regard.
    15. No BT on EMI request from a SBI Card account will be accepted or processed by SBICPSL, if there is an overdue status or when the credit limit on the credit card account has been exceeded.
    16. SBI Cardholder shall remain liable to SBICPSL till such time that the SBI Cardholder has not paid back the entire BT EMIs including all applicable interest, charges and/or penal interest if any, that may be imposed in accordance to terms of this offer consistent with applicable regulations in this regard. All financial liabilities of the cardholder under Balance Transfer on EMI for the offer period as per plans detailed hereinabove shall be reflected in the monthly statement of accounts issued to the cardholder and shall be conclusive evidence of settling all liabilities of the SBI Cardholder for this Offer.
    17. Transfer from this Offer to any other offer will not be entertained. SBICPSL reserves sole and absolute right to refuse any BT on EMI requests at its sole discretion.
    18. All Balance Transfer cheques will be payable at par at all branch locations of State Bank of India in India.
    19. All BT cheques will be in favor of the other credit card company for which the Balance Transfer has been availed by the SBI Cardholder. The cheques will be sent directly to the SBI Cardholders as per the current address available and maintained in the records of SBICPSL. In the event of the cheque being undelivered at the Cardholders’ current address as per SBICPSL records, the cheque will be sent directly to the other credit card company as communicated by the Cardholder to SBICPSL.
    20. The cardholder would generally receive the cheque within 3 working days (for Metro locations) or 5 working days (for all other locations) of the booking. This may, however, vary in case of unforeseen circumstances like bad weather conditions / flight delays / location or pin code being non-serviceable by the courier. Delays in delivery of the cheque may also occur in the event of customer has not updated his current address in the records of SBI Card or in circumstances where the customer is not available at his current address. SBI Card would not be held liable in the event of non-delivery of the instrument within the specified timeline for the foregoing set of reasons.v
    21. BT on EMI booked for Third Party will not be accepted and the liability for the same will lie solely with the primary cardholder.
    22. SBICPSL will not be responsible and/or be liable for any delay in clearance of the Balance Transfer cheque by the other credit card company and the subsequent late payment charges, interest and/or penal charges as may be levied by such other credit card company or for any outstation clearing charges, if any, levied by the other credit card company towards clearance of the Balance Transfer cheque.
    23. The Minimum Amount Due (MAD) will be calculated at the rate of 5% of the SBI Cardholder’s existing revolving balances (Retail/Cash/Balance Transfer) and BT on EMI monthly installment due (or all BT on EMI monthly installments due in case of multiple BT on EMI booked by the Cardholder)’.

    27. SBICPSL shall not be responsible for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, which the SBI Cardholder may suffer or incur by availing this offer and accordingly SBICPSL stands indemnified by the SBI Credit Cardholders availing benefits under this Offer.

    General Terms and Conditions

    • This General Terms and Conditions as provided hereunder are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation to the terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder Agreement and nothing contained herein shall be construed or interpreted prejudicial to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement.
    • Unless otherwise specified, the terms and expressions contained herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Cardholder Agreement.
    • This offer is brought to you by SBICPSL in conjunction with the merchant/ manufacturer entity through our aggregator/partner.
    • The EMI offers are valid for resident Indian citizens only and for transactions effected through SBI Credit Card with in the territory of India.
    • The EMI offers are valid only for selected products and/or services at selected Merchant Entities.
    • Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
        • Tenure of EMI may vary with different product/services and Merchant Entities.

      In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings.

        • “Credit Card” shall mean an unexpired credit card issued by SBICPSL.
        • “Cardholder” shall mean the holder of a Credit Card.
        • “Merchant EMI” shall mean a product wherein the purchase(s) done at Merchant Establishments/websites and are converted into Equal Monthly Installments at the point of transaction at the rate as communicated at the time of availing the product(s)/service(s).

      Terms and Conditions for Merchant EMI

        • Merchant EMI (Convert2EMI) needs to be opted for at the time of transaction.
        • A Cardholder may opt to convert a purchase at select Merchant outlets into Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs.) The Purchase/s would be converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) by charging interest on the total EMI Booking Amount value on a monthly reducing balance basis.
        • In the event the Credit Card is closed prior to all installments being charged, the amount outstanding against Merchant EMI plan shall be debited as a consolidated amount from the Credit Card account of the Cardholder.
        • SBICPSL shall be entitled to demand immediate repayment of such consolidated outstanding amounts.
        • The EMI shall be computed on a monthly reducing balance.
        • The Credit Limit on the Credit Card shall be blocked to the extent of the full transaction amount. The Credit Limit will be released to such extent as and when the EMI is billed and paid for in subsequent months.
        • Interest rates as communicated at the time of availing of the product(s) shall be applicable/ levied.
        • EMI would be booked automatically within 3 to 4 working days on request placed at the merchant provided there is sufficient outstanding balance available on card at the time of conversion. Please note, in case current outstanding balance on SBI card is less than the requested transaction amount then the current outstanding amount would be converted into EMI provided difference between current outstanding amount and requested transaction amount is less than or equal to 10%.
        • In case of any dispute/issue with respect to a merchant EMI transaction, cardholder must report the same to SBI Card within 45 days of transaction. SBICPSL shall not be liable for any non conversion/cashback related issues reported post this period.
        • SBICPSL will not be responsible for EMI conversion of transactions where merchant has errorneously swiped transaction as a regular transaction instead of EMI. Customers are adviced to check chargeslip for EMI details post transaction and request merchant to Void transaction in cases where a transaction is swiped as a regular transaction instead of EMI.
        • SBICPSL will not be responsible for EMI conversion of transactions where on account of a technical issue with merchant’s swipe machine, EMI option could not be opted for. Customers are requested to do transaction at some other merchant outlet in such cases.
        • Partial refunds do not affect the EMI booking done on card. In such cases, interest already billed to card will not be reversed.
        • Minimum merchant EMI booking amount is Rs. 2500.00. Some merchants may at their sole discretion choose to offer EMI on purchases much above this value.
        • Merchant / Manufacturer can choose to offer EMI option only on select products at their own discretion.
        • Merchant / manufacturer cashback/ discount will be posted on the same day of the interest bearing EMI booking plan creation on the account. It is relevant to note that merchant / manufacturer cashback/ discount is being directly offered by the merchant / manufacturer to the customers through aggregator / partner. In an exceptional case of EMI booking cancellation, any such Merchant / manufacturer cashback/ discount posted to card earlier, will be debited in full.
        • If the EMI booking is validly rejected by SBICPSL in accordance with SBICPSL policies, cashback/ discount transaction would not be posted on the account.
        • Cancellation of Merchant EMI bookings is not allowed – except in case of the transaction itself being cancelled and full refund from merchant reflecting on card within 45 days of transaction date. For such cancellation requests arising out of full refund, customers need to contact below mentioned SBI Card helpline numbers.
        • Reward points shall be earned as per features applicable to the Credit Card for the Merchant EMI purchase.
        • The conversion of the purchase amount to applicable EMI scheme is at the sole discretion of SBICPSL and such conversion is dependent upon timely submission of accurate purchase details by the aggregator to the SBICPSL in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to by and between SBICPSL and the Aggregator and the Cardholder meeting the other eligibility criteria as applicable to such EMI offers. The Aggregator alone shall be responsible and liable to SBICPSL and the Cardholder for all matters relating to non-conversion of the purchase amount to EMI scheme either for itself and/or on behalf of the merchants enrolled directly by the aggregator for the EMI program. The responsibility of the aggregator and/or the Merchant shall be in accordance to their respective obligations under this program.

      Billing and repayment

      The first EMI shall be billed on the first billing date for the Credit Card that falls post the date of the transaction on the Credit Card that is being converted into EMI as per the Merchant EMI plan. All billing of EMIs in the subsequent months shall be on the billing date of the Credit Card for that month.

      The EMI amount shall be included as a part of the minimum amount due appearing in the Cardholder’s monthly Credit Card Statement. Charges as communicated in the Most Important Terms and Conditions and Cardholder Terms & Conditions shall be applicable/ levied if the minimum amount due remains unpaid by the payment due date. Also refer to the Service Charges on Card Balances clause below.

      Interest Calculation Methodology

      Interest rates as communicated at the time of availing of the product(s)/service(s) shall be levied/ applicable on the EMI Booking amount. Interest rates applicable on monthly reducing balance methodology.

      Service Charges on Card balances

      If the amount paid towards dues on the Credit Card is less than the Total Amount Due, Service Charges shall be levied on such outstanding (including but not limited to the EMI as above), as per the interest rate applicable and communicated in the Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) and Cardholder Terms & Conditions. This rate is subject to change with prior notice. The applicable interest rate for computation of Service Charges on Credit Card balances shall be mentioned on the monthly statement. Please note, if the amount paid towards dues on the Credit Card is less than the Minimum Amount Due, Late Fee and Service charges, as applicable, shall be levied.

      Prepayment process and related charges

      Any payment/refund made into the Credit Card Account over and above the EMI shall not be deemed to be payment towards the amount availed under Merchant EMI and shall not be deemed as closure of the said facility. You can choose to pre-close the Merchant EMI facility with pre-payment charges by calling SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 (Prefix STD code of your city while calling from mobile) or 1860 180 1290 (if calling from MTNL and BSNL lines). IVR & Emergency Services are available 24 hours and Customer Service representatives are available from Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm. SBICPSL reserves the right to revise the pre-payment charges at its discretion, with prior notice and such revised charges shall be binding on the Cardholder. Once the Merchant EMI is pre-closed, for any reason whatsoever, all outstanding including but not limited to the principal outstanding, pre-closure charge and the interest for the actual number of days till closure i.e., from the last billing date till the date of closure, shall be debited to the Credit Card account. In case of partial refund done by merchant towards a merchant EMI transaction, interest already billed to card will not be reversed.

      Pre-closure due to non-payment

      In the event of non-payment of the minimum amount due for three successive months, the Merchant EMI shall be pre-closed and the principal outstanding, the interest for the days till closure and the pre-closure charges shall be debited to the Credit Card account and appear in the subsequent monthly statement. SBICPSL shall be entitled to demand immediate repayment of such consolidated outstanding amounts.

      Pre-closure due to Card closure

      In the event the Credit Card is closed prior to all EMI(s) being charged, the amount outstanding under Merchant EMI and any applicable charges, as on the date of closure of the Credit Card shall be debited to the Credit Card account as a consolidated amount. SBICPSL shall be entitled to demand immediate repayment of such consolidated outstanding amounts.

      Pre-closure on request

      The SBI Cardholder can make request for pre-closure of EMI plan by calling the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 (Prefix STD code of your city while calling from mobile) or 1860 180 1290 (if calling from MTNL and BSNL lines). IVR & Emergency Services are available 24 hours and Customer Service representatives are available from Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm. On receipt of this request, the outstanding principal amount is moved back to SBI Cardholders retail balance and a preclosure fee of 3% shall be levied on the same. The outstanding principle amount is calculated basis reducing interest rate. At the time of preclosure of EMI Plan, if the SBI Cardholders account is revolving, then the above mentioned amount (Principal amount + Preclosure fee) will be added to the revolving balance and will attract standard credit card interest charges.

      Other Terms & Conditions

      • The Merchant Entities shall have the right to amend, alter, modify or withdraw/cancel the offer/s at any time at the sole discretion of their management.
      • The EMI offer/s cannot be clubbed with any other offer/scheme or promotion prevailing at the Merchant Entities during the offer term unless specified otherwise by the concerned Merchant Entity/s.
      • The Product/Services being offered under the EMI Offer/s is being offered and sold/ provided directly by the Merchant Entities to the Cardholder and SBICPSL is neither responsible nor guarantees merchantability, suitability, quality, delivery or after sales maintenance of the product/services nor is it liable if the same is in any way deficient or defective or damaged/lost in transit.
      • All queries, complaint/s, and disputes with respect to any aspect/s pertain to the offer/product/services such as delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer must be taken up by the Cardholders directly with the concerned Merchant Entities and that SBICPSL shall not entertain any such query/complaint/communication in this regard.
      • SBICPSL shall have the right to add/alter /modify/amend or vary all/any of these terms & conditions and/or to replace wholly, or in part, the EMI offer/s by other offers, whether similar to the existing EMI offer/s or not , or to extend, withdraw cancel or terminate the existing EMI offer/s altogether without prior notice.
      • SBICPSL shall have the right to add/alter /modify/amend or vary all/any of these terms & conditions and/or to replace wholly, or in part, the EMI offer/s by other offers, whether similar to the existing EMI offer/s or not , or to extend, withdraw cancel or terminate the existing EMI offer/s altogether without prior notice.
      • Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax etc., arising out of the EMI offer/s shall be borne by the Cardholder.
      • SBICPSL reserves the right to modify all interest rates and charges from time to time, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
      • Any disputes arising out of the EMI Offer/s shall be referred to arbitration to be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitral Tribunal shall consist of sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL. The place of such arbitration shall be New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL
      • Subject to above clause, all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of Delhi.
  • Easy Bill Pay – Rs. 100 cashback per Auto Pay registration

For the said service the customer agrees to pay a convenience charge; subject to revision/waiver promotions from time to time by SBI Card. The convenience charge will be upto 1.82% of the transaction amount for any transaction done for Cat 2 Billers and no convenience charge for any transactions done for Cat 1 Billers.     • The term "Utility Company" or "Biller"; shall mean a company, organization or entity that sends a Bill, statement or invoice, usually a request for payment for a product or service to the customer
    • AutoPay service is available for select billers in select cities 
    • The said services will be available to the credit card holders registered for this service and to the exclusion of all others
    • The Cardholder agrees that he/she would enter the Bill details correctly in the application website, if entered incorrectly it will not be the responsibility of SBI Card, and any further disputes are to be settled with the utility company directly by the card holder. It is specifically stipulated that all liability shall be on the cardholder in case of any incorrect entry and SBI card shall not be responsible whether directly, indirectly, incidentally or consequentially for any such acts of the cardholder
    • The cardholder shall take precaution to ensure that no double payment is made from his end for the same bill. SBI Card will not be liable for reversals in such cases and cardholder will need to liaise directly with Biller
    • SBI Card will not bear the responsibility of late payment made by the cardholder
    • The Cardholder should ensure that he/she receives a confirmation for the payment made by him/her through this facility. Any non-confirmation of the transaction, SBI card shall not be responsible and liable and accordingly no payments shall be made to the utility company
    • Payment to the registered Biller will be made only when we receive the bill from Biller. In case of failure in receiving the Bill from Biller, SBI card won’t be liable for non-payment
    • All disputes regarding the bill registration and payments should be raised within 6 months of the billing date, SBI Card will not bear any esponsibility for wrong payments or registrations after 6 months
    • Notwithstanding any other terms, it is stipulated that processing of all the payments is subject to the availability of free, clear and available limits in the cardholder's SBI Credit Card Account at the time of processing the transaction. In the event of credit limits not being available, cardholder will receive a payment failed report
    • In all situations where the cardholder services are discontinued/disrupted due to any acts of the utility company, governmental orders and any other related matter, SBI Card shall not be responsible and/or liable for the same and the cardholder shall be solely responsible and liable to settle such matters with its utility company and/or statutory authority
    • The cardholder indemnifies SBI Card from and against all actions, suits, claims, liabilities and proceedings due to or arising out of any or all disputes between the cardholder and Utility companies or by reason of SBI Card acting in good faith and bonafide belief
    • SBI Card will endeavor to effect payments / carry-out instructions received by it within Bill due date. However, SBI Card does not warrant that Payment / fulfillment of instructions will not be delayed for reasons beyond its control including any default on the part of the service provider. As the instructions would depend on various electronic technology used from time to time, there could be delays in receipt of any instructions by SBI Card from the cardholder and by the provider of Utilities / Services. For all such delays, the service provider of such services shall be responsible and liable being the owner and administrator of these services
    • This service is available only for individual primary cardholders and not corporate cardholders
    • It is clarified here that cardholder statement is adequate and conclusive proof that such payment was paid to utility company
    • SBI Card is not in any manner party to the contracts that may be executed between the cardholder and the providers of such Utilities / Services. The providers of Utilities / Services shall be solely responsible to the cardholder to render the Utilities / Services for which Payment is to be made by SBI Card and SBI Card shall not be responsible/liable for any deficiency in the same including, but not limited to, deficient quality, delivery, quantity etc., and shall not be made party to any disputes between the cardholder and any providers of Utilities / Services
    • The cardholder shall not hold SBI Card liable for any non-service, delayed service or faulty service rendered by the provider of Utilities / Services and shall not contact or communicate in any manner whatsoever, inter alia, by electronic mail, phone, post, SMS, or personal meeting with SBI Card in this regard
    • SBI Card will not accept any cancellation request by the cardholder if the payment transaction has been authorized on his card account and payment accepted by the Biller. Any disputes will have to be settled by the cardholder directly with the Biller
    • Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions booklet sent in the Credit Card welcome kit . The terms of this service shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Terms & Conditions booklet
    • Nothing contained in the said services shall be construed as binding obligation on SBI Card or any participating utility company to continue the services after the services are terminated
    • SBI Card reserves the right to charge and recover from the Cardholder, fees for availing the service, which may be altered with prior intimation to the cardholder
    • SBI Card shall have the right to revoke and/or discontinue this service to certain cardholders if it has reason and/or reasonable apprehension to believe that such continuing of this service shall gravely prejudice the commercial situation of SBI Card. Such a determination by SBI Card shall be at its sole and absolute discretion with reference to its cardholders
    • All disputes and differences arising out and in connection with this service shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with any amendments thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on parties. Existence of a dispute/difference shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL. Notwithstanding the foregoing the courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to decide any matters related and connected to the instant terms
    • The said services will be effective subject to SBI Card Credit Card being valid and in good standing
    • SBI Card may at its sole discretion accept of decline the said services by the utility company
    • SBI Card may change from time to time the utility companies for which said services are extended
    • The record of charges in respect of the said services received or availed by cardholder and submitted by utility companies to cardholder’s Card Account will neither bear Cardholder  signature nor the imprint of Credit Card. Cardholder therefore undertake to unconditionally honor and pay without demur protest and contest all the said charges including interim charges booked by cardholder under the said services, as and when cardholder is billed for the same by SBI Card during the validity period of his Card and subsequent renewals thereof
    • SBI Card reserves the right to revoke / stop this facility if the credit behavior on the card is unsatisfactory
    • This facility is available only for utility bills pertaining to residential uses, No commercial utility bills will be paid under this scheme
    • No receipt will be given for bills paid through this facility. Cardholder statement is adequate proof that such payment was paid to utility company
    • SBI Card neither endorses the Utilities / Services offered, nor is it in any manner party to the contracts that may be executed between the cardholder and the providers of such Utilities / Services
    • The cardholder is liable to honour all his/her credit card commitments irrespective of any grievances/complaints that cardholder may have with utility companies
    • Cardholder will continue making payments towards  any utility bill outstanding until he/she receives an SMS/E-mail/letter confirmation from SBI Card indicating that his/her EasyBillPay facility has been activated along with effective date of activation
    • Cardholder agrees to communicate termination of facility to SBI Card in writing failing which the payment made to the utility company will be construed as valid and binding on him/her

    • SBI Card will not bear the responsibility of late payment made by the cardholder
    • The Cardholder should ensure that he/she receives a confirmation for the payment made by him/her through this facility. Any non-confirmation of the transaction, SBI card shall not be responsible and liable and accordingly no payments shall be made to the utility company
    • Payment to the registered Biller will be made only when we receive the bill from Biller. In case of failure in receiving the Bill from Biller, SBI card won’t be liable for non-payment
    • All disputes regarding the bill registration and payments should be raised within 6 months of the billing date, SBI Card will not bear any responsibility for wrong payments or registrations after 6 months
    • Notwithstanding any other terms, it is stipulated that processing of all the payments is subject to the availability of free, clear and available limits in the cardholder's SBI Credit Card Account at the time of processing the transaction. In the event of credit limits not being available, cardholder will receive a payment failed report
    • In all situations where the cardholder services are discontinued/disrupted due to any acts of the utility company, governmental orders and any other related matter, SBI Card shall not be responsible and/or liable for the same and the cardholder shall be solely responsible and liable to settle such matters with its utility company and/or statutory authority
    • The cardholder indemnifies SBI Card from and against all actions, suits, claims, liabilities and proceedings due to or arising out of any or all disputes between the cardholder and Utility companies or by reason of SBI Card acting in good faith and bonafide belief
    • SBI Card will endeavor to effect payments / carry-out instructions received by it within Bill due date. However, SBI Card does not warrant that Payment / fulfillment of instructions will not be delayed for reasons beyond its control including any default on the part of the service provider. As the instructions would depend on various electronic technology used from time to time, there could be delays in receipt of any instructions by SBI Card from the cardholder and by the provider of Utilities / Services. For all such delays, the service provider of such services shall be responsible and liable being the owner and administrator of these services
    • This service is available only for individual primary cardholders and not corporate cardholders
    • It is clarified here that cardholder statement is adequate and conclusive proof that such payment was paid to utility company
    • SBI Card is not in any manner party to the contracts that may be executed between the cardholder and the providers of such Utilities / Services. The providers of Utilities / Services shall be solely responsible to the cardholder to render the Utilities / Services for which Payment is to be made by SBI Card and SBI Card shall not be responsible/liable for any deficiency in the same including, but not limited to, deficient quality, delivery, quantity etc., and shall not be made party to any disputes between the cardholder and any providers of Utilities / Services
    • The cardholder shall not hold SBI Card liable for any non-service, delayed service or faulty service rendered by the provider of Utilities / Services and shall not contact or communicate in any manner whatsoever, inter alia, by electronic mail, phone, post, SMS, or personal meeting with SBI Card in this regard
    • SBI Card will not accept any cancellation request by the cardholder if the payment transaction has been authorized on his card account and payment accepted by the Biller. Any disputes will have to be settled by the cardholder directly with the Biller
    • Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions booklet sent in the Credit Card welcome kit . The terms of this service shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Terms & Conditions booklet
