If you have lost your SBI Corporate Card or need cash outside India, call 24X7 Visa toll-free helpline number for emergency card related assistance within 3 working days*.

  • This is a complimentary facility available to SBI Corporate Card members.
  • The replaced emergency cards have a validity of 30 days. Call the SBI Card helpline upon return to India.
  • Cash disbursement is available, only if cash facility is applicable on your card.

The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006

We are covered by the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 of the Reserve Bank Of India. If within 30 days of lodging a complaint with us, you do not get a satisfactory response, and wish to pursue other avenues for grievance redressal, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank Of India.
