Hence, you are requested to complete your periodic KYC renewal for your credit card(s), including add-on cards (if any). You can do so digitally in a few simple steps: .

Digital KYC Submission Process 

Step 1 – Login to https://sbicard.com/kycupload

Step 2 - Select the credit card due for KYC renewal

Step 3 - Upload your recent passport-size photograph & click on ‘Proceed’

If the System address shown on screen is your Current Residence Address, then follow the steps below

Confirm your Residence Address and share your consent for CKYC update 
Follow the onscreen instructions & submit the request

You will see a success message on the screen along with the Service Request Number for reference

If the system address shown on screen is not your Current Residence Address, then follow the steps below 

Click on Modify option and share our consent for CKYC update

Follow the Onscreen instructions to retrieve your residence address from UIDAI

If the address retrieved from UIDAI as shown on screen is your Current Residence Address, then follow the steps below:

Click on the check box to confirm the address & select ‘Proceed’

Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile Number

You will see a success message on the screen along with the Service Request Number for reference.

If the address retrieved from UIDAI as shown on the screen is not your Current Residence Address, please select the ‘Modify’ option and enter your new address manually. Subsequently,

Click on consent checkbox & select ‘Submit’

Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile Number

You will see a success message on the screen along with the Service Request Number for reference.

KYC Document Upload Manual Process

We strongly recommend that you opt for KYC Renewal completion through digital modes.

However, if you wish to submit your request by uploading a copy of your KYC doc(s), you may do so by submitting any of the below Current Residence Address proofs through our website.
