Log in to generate PIN for your SBI Credit Card

Log in to your SBI Card Online account atsbicard.com
Go to My Account on left hand side menu
Select ‘Manage PIN’
From the drop down menu, select the credit card, you want to generate the PIN for.
We will SMS you a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number
Enter the OTP and your ATM PIN that you want to set
Click on ‘Submit’ and your PIN is generated

Call to generate PIN for your SBI Credit Card

Call 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD code) or 1860 180 1290 and select option 6
Key in your card details and date of birth
Authenticate with One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered email ID or mobile number
Set your SBI Card PIN

Fees and Charges on Cash Withdrawl

You will be charged a cash advance fee on cash withdrawal through ATMs. For domestic cash withdrawal, a fee of 2.5% or Rs. 500 (whichever is higher), and for international cash withdrawal, a fee of 2.5% or Rs. 500 (whichever is higher), will be charged
You will also have to pay a service charge (monthly & annual charges 3.75% p.m. & 45% per annum, respectively) on these withdrawals, starting from the date you withdrew the cash from the ATM to the date of settlement or repayment of complete amount
