  • Terms of Service

    This Web site is provided by SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (SBICPSL) and may be used for informational purposes only. The usage of the site or downloading materials constitutes my agreement to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

  • Acceptance of Terms

    SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited ("SBICPSL") provides its Service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time in its website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of the TOS at [sbicard.com].

  • Description of Service

    SBICPSL currently provides users with information on details about Card account and transaction and payment history. You understand and agree that SBICPSL is providing such services on a best effort basis with no warranty whatsoever.

  • Limited License

    SBICPSL authorizes you to view and download the Material on this Site only for your personal, non-commercial use. Such authorization is non-exclusive, non-transferable and is a limited right to access and use this Site and the information thereon and does not derive any transfer of title in any material or information and is subject to the following restrictions:

    - You must retain, on all copies of the Materials downloaded, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials

    -You agree to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on the Site as it may be updated from time to time.

    - You agree that this Site, including all Materials, information therein is the Company’s property and you agree to comply with all Intellectual Property Laws to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials.

    Except as expressly provided herein, SBICPSL does not grant any express or implied right to you under any form of Intellectual Property law to copy, reproduce, transfer, redistribute, enter into a database, display, modify any information, content, Material, service that is available from or through the SBI Card website.

  • Dealings with Third Parties

    Your correspondence or business dealings with any third party, introduced to you through this Service, are solely between you and such third party at your risk and peril. You should exercise your independent diligence before dealing with any such Third Party.

  • Third Party Sites

    As a convenience to you, SBICPSL may provide, on this site, links to websites operated by other entities. If you use these websites, you will leave this site. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk and peril. The third party sites’ links do not imply that SBICPSL or this site sponsors or endorses such sites and thus does not warrant the contents there to.

  • Information Provided by you

    There will be occasions on which we might require you to provide us with confidential / sensitive information necessary for the functioning of your account (such as mother's maiden name, bank account numbers, date of birth etc.) ("Confidential Information"). Except as required for the operation of your card or any incidental activity thereto, such confidential information shall not be divulged to third parties without your prior consent.

  • Indemnity

    You Agree to indemnify and hold SBICPSL and/or any other third party, harmless for any loss arising out of Registration Data you submit, post to or transmit, your use of the Service, your violation of the TOS, or any infringement of intellectual property.

  • Privacy Policy

    Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, please see our full privacy policy available on this site. You can review the most current version of the Privacy Policy at any time at sbicard.com.

  • Modification to Service

    SBICPSL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SBICPSL shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

  • Breach

    You agree that your failure to abide by any provision of this Agreement, including provision of inaccurate information as part of the application process, or your failure to keep yourself updated or your failure to respond for over fifteen (15) calendar days to inquiries from us concerning the accuracy of the contact details associated with your application may be considered by us to be a material breach for which we may terminate the Service you are using without further notice.

  • Communications with Customer

    On request by a customer, SBICPSL will provide credit card statements, customer service requests, payment assistance, marketing information, card account information and new product information through the email. In the event a customer does not wish SBICPSL to communicate with them through email, the customer may discontinue this method of communication by instructing SBICPSL in writing to do so.

    For the purposes of delivery of the credit card securely, the Cardholder is required to present one of the government approved KYC document at the time of the card delivery. The authorized representative of SBICPSL delivering the credit card will record the last 4 digit of the KYC document presented for any future reference.

  • Termination

    If you violate any term or if SBICPSL has grounds to believe that you have violated any term of this TOS, we may terminate your access to the Service or any part thereof without waiving any other rights.

  • Governing Law Jurisdiction

    The TOS and the relationship between you and SBICPSL shall be governed by the laws of India. You and SBICPSL agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi. This Site is controlled, operated and administered by SBICPSL from its offices within India. The Information and the products available on this Site are available in India and are subject to all applicable Indian Laws and Regulations. This Usage Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to its conflict of law’s provisions. Subject to the foregoing, if you access this Site from locations outside of the India, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

  • General Information

    SBICPSL's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of SBICPSL's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service or information provided to or gathered by SBICPSL with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SBICPSL as a result of this agreement or use of the Service. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and SBICPSL with respect to the Service and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and SBICPSL with respect to the Service. The failure of SBICPSL to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Your rights under this TOS are not assignable. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse to provide you the Service without assigning any reasons whatsoever. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you the Service. .
