With reference to the regulatory guidelines, link to access the list of unclaimed credit balances on credit cards which are inactive/inoperative for ten years or more is given below. This is with a view to enable the credit card holders to search unclaimed credit balances if any, lying on inactive/inoperative/closed credit cards.

How to Claim?

For individual claims

  • In case of refund, please call us on the SBI Card Helpline No. 1860 500 1290/1860 180 1290 /39020202 (Prefix local the STD code) and submit following documents while making a request for Credit Balance Refund at E-mail ID – customercare@sbicard.com.
    • identity proof,
    • current address proof
    • cancelled cheque of your bank account in which the amount is required to be transferred.
  • In case your credit card account is dormant, please call our Helpline and submit your complete KYC documents at E-mail ID– customercare@sbicard.com along with your card account details to claim the refund amount.
  • For claim by legal heir, please submit the below documents at customercare@sbicard.com:
    • Death Certificate
    • Identity Proof and Current Address Proof
    • Indemnity and legal heir letter (Duly attested by notary / competent authority)
    • In case of multiple heir, NOC from rest of the heirs required to process Credit Balance Refund in the name of the heir.
    • (ii) cancelled cheque of your bank account in which the amount is required to be transferred.

For non-individual claims

For claim on non-individual accounts, please share a mail request from the registered E-mail ID of the Corporate Card Program Manager or request on Company letterhead duly signed by authorized signatories along with valid identity proof to sbicorporate.services@sbicard.com.
In addition, below details are also required

  • Bank name
  • Branch name
  • Bank account number
  • IFSC Code
  • Beneficiary name
  • PAN card copy of the company
  • Copy of the cancelled cheque/bank statement of the beneficiary

Note: The records displayed above is an indicative list only. The final claim would be settled post identification/verification of the claimant and scrutiny of supporting documents.
