    • e-Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other e-Vouchers.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform.
    • If the order value is less than the amount of e-Vouchers, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Vouchers and can be used for subsequent transactions.
    • You can combine a maximum of 15 e-Vouchers in a single order at the time of checkout.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be reloaded or resold.
    • e-Vouchers will not be applicable on purchase of 22K & 24K Gold Jewelry, Precious Jewelry, Gold Coins, Speakers, Headphones & Smartwatches.

    • e-Vouchers can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Myntra Gift E-Codes (”e-Vouchers”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd (“Qwikcilver”) which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such e-Vouchers.
    • The e-Vouchers can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App or Myntra m-site (“Platform”) only.
    • e-Vouchers can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other e-Vouchers.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform.
    • Orders placed using e-Voucher(s) can be cancelled at the sole discretion of Qwikcilver and/or Myntra Designs Private Limited (“MDPL”)at a later point in time.
    • If the order value exceeds the e-Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
    • If the order value is less than the amount of e-Vouchers, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Vouchers and can be used for subsequent transactions.
    • e-Vouchers will carry an expiry date and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter unless expressly otherwise agreed by Qwikcilver and/or MDPL.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
    • Cardholders will be solely responsible for the safety and security of the e-Vouchers. Myntra Designs Private Limited /QwikCilver are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if e-Vouchers is lost, stolen or used without permission.
    • Once the e-Vouchers has been sent to the Cardholder, they are bound to protect the e-Vouchers PIN or e-Vouchers number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of e-Vouchers due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, MDPL/ QwikCilver shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.
    • You can combine a maximum of 15 e-Vouchers in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more number of e-Vouchers on a single order, please add e-Vouchers to the Wallet.
    • MDPL/QwikCilver assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the e-Vouchers and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
    • The validity of e-Vouchers cannot be extended and new e-Vouchers cannot be provided against the expired/unused e-Vouchers.
    • e-Vouchers once purchased, cannot be cancelled by the Purchaser. Terms of use of e-Vouchers are at the sole discretion of MDPL/Qwikcilver.
    • Qwikcilver/MDPL reserves the right to cancel the e-Vouchers if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
    • In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, MDPL/QwikCilver retain the right to cancel the e-Vouchers issued.
    • Cardholder agrees and understands that e-Vouchers are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, MDPL/ QwikCilver may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the e-Vouchers and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the e-Vouchers and/or transaction undertaken using the e-Vouchers with RBI or such statutory authorities. MDPL/ QwikCilver may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the e-Vouchers for any such information.
    • e-Vouchers cannot be reloaded or resold.
