Terms and Conditions
- This is a Hotstar e-Voucher and would be accepted on their website.
- A Hyphen needs to be entered after the first 4 characters while entering the code. Example: GYGC-XXXXXXXXX
- The subscription can be used by new or existing Hotstar Platform users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first
- To redeem the voucher code option, go to www.hotstar.com/redeem. Customer can enter the voucher code details in the promo code section
- This service is only available on web on www.hotstar.com/redeem. Every voucher code will be applicable for a specific subscription pack
- VIPL & Novi reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the voucher code, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason
- Voucher code is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash
- The voucher code will not be valid for transactions amounts exceeding coupon value. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit note
- The validity of the voucher code cannot be extended
- The voucher code will be valid for redemptions only in India
- The person who has the Hotstar e-Voucher Code is deemed to be the beneficiary
- Hotstar is not responsible if the e-Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission
- Single e-Voucher can be used in one bill/transaction
- This is a ONE time use e-Voucher with an expiration date
- No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the e-Voucher will be given
- Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically
- Hotstar e-Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations
- Hotstar e-Voucher can be clubbed with any one of the existing offer on its website
- Hotstar e-Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Hotstar on its website from time to time. Hotstar may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability
- Any dispute related to the e-Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction
- Hotstar shall on best effort basis attempt to accept e-Voucher, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Hotstar, e-Voucher may not get accepted on the website and Hotstar shall have no liability for the same
- If an e-Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after e-Voucher is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours
- Hotstar reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the e-Voucher at any time without any notice or liability
