- Redemption of this e-Voucher is only allowed to SimplyCLICK SBI cardholders.
- The e Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue of voucher. To redeem Gift Card, Add the Gift Card code in the field provided and click on “Add to your account”.
- A Gift Card Code is 16 characters long (including hyphens) and will usually contain both letters and numbers. You should NOT enter the Gift Card ID in this field.Your gift will be added to your account and you can use these funds to make a purchase.
- The holder of the e Gift Voucher / e Gift Voucher/ Gift Card number is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- If you're having problems redeeming a gift card to your account, it's possible that the gift card code has already been applied to your account.
- To check whether the funds are already on your account, view your gift card balance in Your Account.
- Once you have added the gift card to your account, the funds available will reflect in your Gift Card balance.
- If your balance is sufficient to buy a product, you can complete the purchase with your Gift Card alone. If your balance is not sufficient to buy the product, you can use a combination of your gift card balance and other payment options - Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking to purchase your product. You cannot use a combination of a Gift Card and COD or Gift Card and EMI.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
- Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
