Indus Health Plus customer care will contact the customer soon after the purchase is done online to fix an appointment at the nearest center of Indus Health Plus
Tests in the package are conducted as a screening procedure for early detection.
The package cannot be split between two or more people.
Some tests are center dependent; tests may vary from center to center.
Some tests may not be conducted if the person receiving the tests reports with any contra indications medical or otherwise.
CT scan tests in the package are recommended for people above the age of 35yrs and/or at least one of the following risk factors family history/smoking /diabetes/ BP problem/ hypertension/dyslipidemia/ stressful life style /obesity.
CT scan will be aborted if the beneficiary does not have stable pulse rate / Breath hold for 20 seconds/ raised creatine level/any contra indication
For injection of dye/detection of calcium deposition in calcium scoring test.
CT scan is not recommended for any person planning a family.
Checkup will not be done for pregnant women /nursing mothers
Checkup can only be availed by booking a prior appointment by calling the Indus Health Plus customer care number 1800-313-2500
Customer cannot go to any of our delivery centers directly without a prior appointment

Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is deemed to be voluntary.
SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time at its own discretion.
