  • Q1. How do I view or get my SBI Card statement?

  • The following are the three modes of credit card statements:

    • E-Statement – On your registered e-mail ID.
    • Physical Statement – On your registered mailing address.
    • Online statement - You can view and download your credit card statement online, by logging into sbicard.com. You can choose the 'e-statement' option to get statement on your email ID. You can View / Print / Download your statements for the latest 24 months and/ or from the date of registration, whichever is recent. Alternatively, you can Login to Chatbot ILA and ask query to view/ get SBI Card Statement.
  • Q2. How can I view my statement online?

  • You can view your credit card statement online, in 3 easy steps.

    • STEP 1: Login to www.sbicard.com using the User ID and password
    • STEP 2: Click on "My Accounts" at the left hand side.
    • STEP 3: Click on “Card Statement"

    You can View / Print / Download your Statements for latest 24 months and/ or from the date of registration, whichever is recent.

    Alternatively, you can Login to Chatbot ILA and ask query to view your SBI Card Statement.

  • Q3. How can I download my card statement?

  • You can instantly download last 24 months’ statement in PDF format from our website sbicard.com. It is free of charge.

    • STEP 1: Login to www.sbicard.com using the User ID and password
    • STEP 2: Click on "View Statement" at the center.
    • STEP 3: Select the statement date of required month from the list of archived statements
    • STEP 4: Click on “Download”

    To download SBI Card Statement through Chatbot ILA:
    Log in to Chatbot ILA and follow these steps:-

    • Step1 : Ask query “How can I download my card statement? ”
    • Step2 : Select the required month from the list of archived statements and Click on ‘Submit’
    • Step3 : Click on ‘Download’
  • Q4. How can I place a request for duplicate statement?

  • You can place a request for duplicate statement either on the website or SBI Card Mobile App or Chatbot ILA or SMS.

    Duplicate Statement Request on Chatbot ILA

    • STEP 1: Login to Chatbot ILA using the same User ID and password used for sbicard website.
    • STEP 2: Ask query “How can I get a duplicate statement?”
    • STEP 3: Select the required month from the list of archived statements and Click on ‘Submit’

    • STEP 1: Login to www.sbicard.com using the User ID and password.
    • STEP 2: Click on "Requests" on the left hand side
    • STEP 3: Click on “Request for Duplicate Statement”
    • STEP 4: Select the required month from the list of archived statements

    Duplicate Statement Request on SBI Card Mobile App

    • STEP 1: Login to sbicard mobile app using the same User ID and password used for sbicard website.
    • STEP 2: Click on "Menu Tab" on the top left hand side
    • STEP 3: Click on "Service Request" then Click on “More” , select Duplicate Statement.
    • STEP 4: Select the required month from the list of archived statements

    Duplicate Statement Request via SMS

    Simply SMS “DSTMT XXXX MM” from your registered mobile number to 5676791, where XXXX is the last four digits of your credit card & MM is the month of the required statement.
    Once the request is placed, you will receive an e-statement in your email within 3 calendar days and physical statement will reach you in 10 calendar days via postal services.

    Kindly note that original statements are issued only once for a specific billing period. Subsequently, only a duplicate copy is issued for that billing period basis customer request.

  • Q5. I have not received my monthly credit card statement, what can I do?

  • Physical Statement: Physical statements are dispatched and delivered within 10 calendar days from the date of generation of statement via available delivery mode. I.e. Courier/ Postal. If you have not received your Monthly Credit Card Statement, then we request you to check if the address provided by you is correct on our records. You can do so by logging on to sbicard.com Online and going to 'My Profile' and then by clicking “Address” section. Please check the communication address registered with us.

    Statement on Email: Statement on email will be delivered to your registered email id within 3 calendar days from the date of generation. If you are not in receipt of your email statement, kindly verify your junk / spam folder as the email address from which the statement is sent may have been identified as junk / spam by your email server. Gmail users please refer to Primary/Update/Promotion/ Social tab in your mail box.

    Also, please check if the email id provided by you is correct on our records. You can do so by logging onto sbicard.com ‘Your Profile' section and clicking on “Quick Contacts” on the left menu to check the email ID registered with us. If there is a change in your email ID, we request you to update it online. You can View / Print / Download your Statements for the last 24 months or from the date of registration, whichever is recent.

  • Q6. What is a billing date/cycle and due date? Can it be changed?

  • Billing date/cycle is the date on which the statement is generated for your credit card every month. Payment due date is the date by which payment has to be credited to your credit card, to maintain your card account in current status and avoid levy of late payment charges. The payment due date for a particular month is communicated through the monthly statements and SMS alerts.

    You can also login to sbicard.com or SBI Card mobile app with your user id and password and view the Billing date or the Payment Due Date.

    To view your billing cycle and due date, please take the following steps:-
    Login -> Dashboard - > Choose Credit card -> Last Billed Date or Payment Due Date is mentioned in the summary of the card.
    In order to change billing cycle, please write to us at sbicard.com/email or call us at our helpline.

  • Q7. How much is the Duplicate Statement fee?

  • W.e.f 01 Sep2022, customer need not pay any charge for getting duplicate statement. The Statement can be requested through SBI Card’s channels like Helpline/ILA/Mobile App/E Mail etc. or can be downloaded through www.sbicard.com.

  • Q8. How can I register my E-Mail ID for getting E-statements?

  • Write us at www.sbicard.com/email or call us our helpline number to subscribe with e-statement facility and the monthly statements would be sent every month on your registered E-mail address.

    In case of non-receipt of your e-statement within 72 hours, may we request you to check the spam and junk folder of your mail box, as it has been noticed that due to certain security filters activated by various service providers the e-statements get automatically transferred to supplementary folders.

    Alternatively, you can also login to Chatbot ILA using your online account user ID and password and subscribe to e-statement to get statement via email.

  • Q9. How Can I check last 24 months transaction?

  • We hereby inform you that you may login to SBI Card website account at sbicard.com with the help of your User ID & Password and check your last 24 months transaction details.

    Alternatively, you can also login to Chatbot ILA using your online account user ID and password and check your last 24 months transaction details.
