Initiating SBI Card Online

  • Q1. How can I get a Username and Password to access my SBI Card Online Account?

  • To access your SBI Card Online Account, please visit  https://sbicard.com  and register by following these simple steps:

    • Click on ‘New User? Register Now’
    • Enter your Card Number, CVV and Date of Birth
    • Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile No. & E-mail ID
    • Set your User ID & Password

  • Q2. I have started the registration process and entered my card details incorrectly 5 times in a row. Now my account is locked. What does this mean?

  • This means your account has been locked due to security reasons. You will not be able to make any attempt to register on SBI Card Website or create your User ID & Password for the next 24 hours. However, you can continue to use your credit card for transactions.

    Your account will automatically get unlocked after 24 hours.

    Alternatively, you may call the SBI Card Helpline to unlock your account.

  • Q3. I have started the registration process but have not received the OTP yet?

  • Please ensure that your Mobile Number & E-mail ID are correctly registered with us. It is possible that you may be facing some network issue on your mobile phone.

    Please click on ‘Resend OTP’ button on the screen to have the OTP re-sent to you.

  • Q4. How do I reset my Online Account password?

  • To reset your SBI Card Online Account password, login to  https://sbicard.com  and follow the steps below:

    • Click on ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ below the Login button
    • Enter your Card Number, CVV, Date of Birth, and press ‘Generate OTP’
    • Enter the OTP sent on your Registered Mobile Number
    • Reset your password
