You can apply for Priority Pass membership anytime during the validity of your credit card. Priority Pass membership worth USD99 is given complimentary only once and it is valid for 2 years.
In case of lost /damaged Priority Pass card, you can apply for re-issuance. In case of re-issuance, the validity of the membership will remain the same as your first membership.

Priority Pass will be delivered to your billing address within 10 days of receipt of request.
It is valid for 24 months from the date of issue of priority pass membership.

No. Complimentary visits are applicable only for International lounges i.e. lounge under Priority Pass Program outside India. Complimentary visits are not applicable for Domestic and International lounges within India.
Membership worth USD 99 to the Priority Pass program is complimentary.
Yes. Lounge access is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass only and any SBI Card would not be accepted on behalf of Priority Pass card.
Lounge access is subject to the Cardholder holding a valid ticket of travel on the same day in an airline flying out of the airport in which the lounge is present.
Exchange rate applied to the charge would be the Exchange rate applicable on the day of the debit to the cardholder’s card account and not as on date of usage of the Priority Pass.
In case the existing Credit Card is re-issued due to any reasons like renewal, upgrade, downgrade, change of network, etc., the existing Priority Pass Membership will get deactivated. Cardholders are required to apply for a fresh priority pass.
The Priority Pass Card is not a payment card or a proof of credit worthiness of the Cardholder and attempts to use the same are not permitted.
Yes. Lost/Stolen and damaged Priority Pass plastics need to be intimated to SBI Card for a fresh card to be issued. You can request another Priority pass through our Customer Helpline Numbers: 39020202 (Prefix Local STD code) or 1860 180 1290
