Steps to avail the Offer off-line:

The Offer of the Merchant shall be redeemable by the Eligible Cardholder at the time of either checking in at the Participating Ginger Hotel or by a calling at the Ginger Hotels Central Reservations number on 1860-266-3333 or 91-22-61802500 for prior bookings.

Steps to avail the Offer on-line:

a. Eligible cardholder can go to www.gingerhotels.com

b. Select the participating hotel, enter the details of reservation.

c. Enter the SBI Promo Code: ZMUPSBI15 and avail the discount.

Eligible Cards

Only on SBI Signature Corporate Card & SBI Platinum Corporate Card.

  1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
  2. The discount is applicable on Best Available Rate (BAR) for the day and shall not be applicable on the tax component. The discount shall not be applicable to any component which includes food, beverages, or any other services consumed by the Eligible Cardholders and people accompanying him/her or any other statutory levies that would be chargeable to the Eligible Cardholder’s account.
  3. This offer is valid for stay till 31st March 2017. This offer will not be valid on certain blackout dates at select hotels.
  4. The discount is valid for booking done through call center or direct walk-in at the hotel. The card holder must produce the SBI Card in original at the time of check-in. Customer must make full payment using a valid SBI Corporate Card.
  5. Ginger Hotels/ SBI Card reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
  6. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between the Bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at the Bank’s sole discretion and for which the Bank is solely responsible and liable.
  7. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
  8. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Cardholder either through mailers or advertised on our website or otherwise, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  9. Products offered under this programme are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  10. Under no circumstances will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant.
  11. All government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable.
  12. It is the Cardholders responsibility to comply with the local customs and excise laws while making purchase of products at Merchant’s Stores. SBICPSL and Merchant does not take responsibility for violation of the same.
  13. Any disputes arising out of the Programme shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL and/or Merchant. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and entertain any dispute arising out of this Programme.
  14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Programme. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  15. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme or to withdraw or cancel this Programme at any time with/without prior notice to the Cardholders.
  16. This offer is not valid at Ginger New Delhi (RYN) and Chandigarh.
  17. All other standard Terms & Conditions of respective hotels would apply.
  18. This offer is valid for booking and stay till 31 March 2017 except for below mentioned periods.
