- GV/e-Pay CAN be used Online & at listed stores.
- Vouchers added to the e-Pay balance cannot be used at retail stores.
- GV will not be accepted at the retail stores during EOSS/Sale.
- Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
Steps to use
- Visit the website and add the product to your cart.
- Enter your details.
- Select "Pay via e-pay/Gift Vouchers" option. Enter the amount you wish to redeem.
Terms & Condition
- 1. This is a Levi’s Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed for any product on the listed stores/mobile app/at https://levi.in/.
- 2. The person with the Levi’s GV/ e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
- 3. Once the Vouchers are added to e-Pay online, they cannot be used in Retail Stores.
- 4. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
- 5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience.
- 6. GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- 7. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
- 8. The GV cannot be redeemed on articles on discount running in retail stores during EOSS. Levis may add or delete any date at its sole discretion on EOSS.
- 9. Levi’s is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay.
- 10. Any dispute should be referred to the company, and the decision of the company shall be final.
- 11. GV/e-Pay has been issued subject to the terms of the company.
- 12. Levi’s makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
