    • Visit Membership page
    • Enter the Promo Code & click on 'Apply'
    • Sign Up on DocuBay - enter email ID and password
    • The voucher code will be applied

    Terms & Condition

    • The person who has the Docubay e-Voucher Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
    • Docubay is not responsible if the e-Voucher code is lost, stolen or used without permission.
    • Single e-Voucher can be used in one bill/transaction.
    • This is a ONE time use e-Voucher with an expiration date.
    • No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the e-Voucher will be given.
    • Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
    • Docubay e-Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
    • Docubay e-Voucher cannot be clubbed with any one of the existing offer on its website.
    • Docubay e-Voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Docubay on its website from time to time. Docubay may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
    • Any dispute related to the e-Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
    • Docubay shall on best effort basis attempt to accept e-Voucher, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Docubay, e-Voucher may not get accepted on the website and Docubay shall have no liability for the same.
    • If an e-Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after e-Voucher is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
    • Docubay reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the e-Voucher at any time without any notice or liability.
    • Docubay has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
    • Docubay reserves the right to withdraw e-Voucher scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
    • Docubay reserves the right to deny accepting any e-Voucher, if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
    • In no event the liability of Docubay for any claims shall exceed the value of the e-Voucher in dispute.
