    • Gift Voucher/ e-Pay is ACCEPTED at all Listed Outlets.
    • Gift Voucher/ e-Pay CANNOT be used Online.
    • Gift Voucher/e-Pay CAN be used during the Sale.
    • Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to the e-Pay balance.

    Steps to Use

    • Share the registered mobile number with the cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier. . Cashier to inform the available Gift Voucher and its balance
    • Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any.
    • Cashier to proceed with invoicing.

    Terms and Conditions

    • This is a Bata Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and would be accepted at the listed stores.
    • The holder of the Bata GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
    • The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
    • Multiple GVs can be clubbed up to 20,000 and added to the e-Pay balance within 30 days.
    • Only valid Bata GVs/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Bata, shall be accepted for redemption.
    • The Bata e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
    • The Bata e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
    • Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
    • Bata, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
    • Bata GV/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
    • Bata GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Bata reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
    • Bata, or any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
    • In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Bata GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
    • Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Bata GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
    • Bata may terminate or suspend Bata GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
    • Bata reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Bata GV/e-Pay at any time.
