• The Maximum discount (including Bonus Offer) per transaction is Rs. 6850 for SBI Credit Card. The Maximum discount during the entire offer period is 17350 (8times x Rs. 1500+5350).
• A customer can avail the 10% instant discount (Base offer) 8 times during the entire offer period, if the minimum transaction value is met for the transactions. Eg: If a customer avails Mobile 10% instant discount (Base offer)8 times, then customer cannot avail the base offers on all other categories during the offer period. However, the customer can avail the bonus offer only once during the offer period.
• The purchase of the product(s) will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange (wherever available), applicable to the sale of the product(s) on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of product(s) by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 4,990. • The Offer is also valid on EMI (equated monthly installment) transactions, No Cost EMI transactions and Exchange offers. Downpayment EMI transactions are not eligible for the Offer.
• In case there are multiple items in a purchase order, the item-wise savings/discount may vary. However, the overall savings/discount on the purchase order will be equivalent to maximum savings / discount the Cardholder is eligible for under this Offer.
• As per Rewards Terms & Conditions, Reward points accrued on offer eligible transactions will be forfeited. Reward points will be forfeited for all transactions done during offer period and considered for Offer computation. At the time of forfeiture in case the Cardholder has inadequate Reward Point balance, then an amount equivalent to Reward Points to be Forfeited will be debited from the Cardholder’s account. Reward points forfeiture will be done within 90 days of Cashback posting date for Cashback offers. In case of Instant Discount offers, reward points forfeiture will be done within 120 days of end of offer month.
• This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancels the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
• Amazon and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• Amazon and SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
