Credit Card Transaction Status

• Chatbot ILA: Login to ILA using your online account user ID and password and ask to know:

• Unbilled Transactions: “What is my unbilled transaction”
• Transaction History: “I want to check my transactions”

• Website: Login to sbicard.com and click on ‘My Accounts’ tab on left hand side.

• Unbilled Transactions: These are the transactions since your last statement was generated
• Transaction History: These are all transactions made on your account in the last 24 months.

•Mobile Application: Login to the SBI Card Mobile App and click on the “Your Account.’ Section to view Unbilled Transactions and Transaction History.
