Credit Card Reward Points Redemption

Reward points accumulated on your credit card account can be redeemed in the following ways:-

• Redemption against Gift Voucher and Physical Product can be made through sbicard.com or SBI card mobile app. To view rewards  catalog & redeem rewards points, click here. 
• Redemption against Cash can be made by writing to us at sbicard.com/email or by calling us at our helpline. 

Step 1- Login to sbicard.com
Step 2- Click on “Rewards” and then click on “Redeeming Reward Points”.
Step 3- Browse through the Rewards Catalogue and choose item of your choice
Step 4- Click on “Redeem now” and confirm.

Step1) Log in to the SBI Card Mobile App

Step2) Go to ‘More’ at the bottom menu, then select ‘Rewards’

Step3) Choose ‘Redeem’ & add product(s) to your cart from the Rewards Catalogue

Step4) Select ‘Redeem Cart’ & ‘Checkout’ to Place Order

To redeem cash against the reward points, please write to us at sbicard.com/email or call our helpline.

W.e.f. 1 Apr'26, redemption of Reward Points for Statement Credit will be capped at 60,000 Reward Points per card per calendar month. Please note that the capping on redemption is applicable to all credit cards for which Reward Points can be redeemed as Statement Credit, except Air India SBI Signature Card, PhonePe SBI Card PURPLE and PhonePe SBI Card SELECT BLACK. Also, the redemption of Reward Points for Statement Credit on all eligible cards except PhonePe SBI Card PURPLE and PhonePe SBI Card SELECT BLACK can be made only in multiples of 4,000 points.
