  1. This Offer ('Offer') from SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Ltd. ('SBICPSL') is open to SELECT cardholders holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card ('Card') with no outstanding of more than 30 days ('Cardholder').

  2. This offer shall be valid between the periods as communicated by SBICPSL (“Term”) unless extended by the parties in mutual consent in writing.

  3. The SBI Card Promotional Offer (“the Program”) allows eligible SBI Cardholder(s) to be eligible for the reward (“offer”) by spending on their SBI Card, as determined by SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”).

  4. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of SBICPSL.

  5. Under this offer, to be eligible for the complimentary gift voucher (“Brand GV”), the cardholder needs to spend within the offer period (’Term’) in accordance with the instructions/specifications provided in the communication sent by SBICPSL. All the cumulative purchases within the offer period may also be clubbed together to avail this offer.

  6. Above offer is by way of a special offer for select SBICPSL Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.

  7. Qualifying transactions are the transactions performed on specific merchant category and will be based on “Eligible MCC Categories” as defined by Merchant Identification Number (“MID”) falling into required Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”).

  8. The “Eligible MCC categories” like Department & Grocery store, Fuel etc defined for this promotion shall have the same meaning as ascribed to the categories by Visa & Master Card under their respective Merchant Category Codes. (i.e.) The franchisees have listed qualifying criteria for merchant establishments in order to qualify to be listed under a specified category. (like departmental stores, groceries etc) The merchant establishment needs to have accordingly qualified and hence listed in the relevant MCC Category, in order for the transaction to be eligible for the offer.

  9. SBICPSL will not be responsible for considering purchases as “ Qualifying transactions” at merchant outlets/ franchisees that have not registered themselves under the MCCs assigned as part of “Eligible MCC Category”.

  10. Qualifying transactions does not include spends on merchants which are not part of “ Eligible MCC category” spends, ATM Cash Withdrawal, Easy Bill Pay, Balance Transfer, Encash and Easy Money draft products of SBICPSL.

  11. To be eligible under this Offer, purchases must be made on atleast 2 or more MCC categories in accordance with the list of “Eligible MCC categories” in the communication sent by SBICPSL.

  12. To be eligible for the offer, Cardholder is required to satisfy the condition mentioned in the offer post receipt of the communication.

  13. “Eligible MCC Categories” along with respective MCC Code, considered as part of this promotion are listed below with definition that is only indicative and coined for purpose of explaining the offer.

  1. Departmental, Supermarkets & Grocery stores MCC : Supermarket chains, individual sellers of household groceries and supplies, which are not located inside hotels, hospitals or other similar establishments.

  2. Restaurants, Hotels, Lodging MCC: Eateries that are individual restaurants or restaurant chains. Restaurants/Dining franchisees inside hotels, Hotel & lodging stay payments are part of this MCC.

  3. Fuel MCC: Petrol, diesel, CNG from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).

  4. Entertainment & Movies MCC: Movie theatres, multiplexes and online movie ticket booking websites.

  5. Utility & Telecom Bill Payment MCC: Providers of landline phones, mobile phones, internet services, cable and other pay TV services, & calling Cards and electricity, gas and water.
  • Airline & Travel Agents MCC: Air-line spends refer to purchases made at airline owned websites, at airline counters. Bookings made through any travel agents, including but not limited to any private travel agents, corporate travel agents, online travel agencies or their websites/IVR systems, shall be eligible. Car rental spends included.

  • Apparel Shopping MCC:Establishments dealing in clothing, fashion, apparel shopping both online/offline refer to Apparel purchases.

  • Detailed List of MCC falling under respective Department Grocery, Fuel etc categories is categorized in the end for reference.

  • The providers listed in the categories above can be government departments and agencies including local, state, municipal organizations; public housing societies and apartment associations..

  1. The merchant category of purchase will be decided on the basis of MCC for the merchant   establishment where the purchase is made.

  2. SBICPSL reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase meets the eligibility criterion.

  3. Only transactions that are reflecting in your account for a particular calendar month, will qualify for the Offer in that calendar month. Transactions should reflect in your Card account by the 15th of the next calendar month.

  4. This Offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

  5. Nothing expressed or implied in the programme shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement.

  6. Any disputed transaction will not be considered for qualifying purchase value computation. Merchant refunds will be considered as a negative adjustment in qualifying purchase value computation.

  7. SBICPSL reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase meets the eligibility criterion.

  8. Selection of listed merchants as part of any “ Eligible MCC Category” is at the sole discretion of SBICPSL. SBICPSL reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter the list of listed merchants at any time during the Offer Period.

  9. Returned purchases/reversals(for all transactions done during or before the offer period), disputed and/or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, EMI’s and fees/charges will not be considered for this offer.

  10. Eligible cardholders will be communicated of the product redemption e-voucher code along with the microsite to visit to redeem the gift.

  11. Cardholder to ensure that the registered mobile is not on DNCR (Do no call registration) list to receive the e-code for redeeming the gift. 

  12. Kindly check your mobile DNCR status on www.ndnc.com. If you wish to Deactivate DNCR i.e start getting promotional offer SMS/calls, send an SMS with the message START 1 to 1909.

  13. Redemption of complimentary gift is being fulfilled by our Partner (hereafter “vendor”) and will be in accordance with the instructions/specifications provided in the communication sent by SBICPSL.

  14. Cardholder to ensure and update latest mobile number and e-mail ID to receive periodic communication related to this offer. In case, the eligible cardholder does not have a valid registered mobile number and/or email address with SBICPSL, the e-voucher code to redeem the gift will not be communicated.

  15. If a cardholder has more than one SBI Credit Card, he/she must confirm the specific SBI Credit Card for availing the said offer by calling up the Customer Care Centre. Spends on multiple cards cannot be clubbed by the Cardholder for the said offer.

  16. SBICPSL reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel or amend/modify/vary any of the Terms & Conditions of this Offer, without assigning any reasons therefore.

E-Voucher related T&C
Under this offer, eligible cardholders will receive e-code to redeem the gift/product ONLY as per the communication sent by SBICPSL.

  1. Eligible cardholders will be communicated of thee-voucher code through SMS and email on registered details to claim “Brand GV”& microsite address to redeem the “Brand GV” simultaneously.

  2. E-voucher code is a UNIQUE alpha numeric code that will be communicated to eligible cardholders through SMS and/or email to registered mobile number.

  3. E-voucher code will be applicable ONLY on the Partner microsite address.

  4. E-voucher code is valid for 2 months from date of issue to eligible cardholders by SBICPSL.

  5. E-Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period. Two e-vouchers cannot be used in one single transaction.

  6. Cardholder to ensure that the redemption of ‘Brand GV” is done before expiry. Extension of codes will not be granted under any circumstance.

  7. E-voucher is applicable only on eligible “Brand GV” for which Customer is eligible under the Offer. E-voucher can only be used on  Partner microsite for this SBI Cards offer, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other offer/item.

  8. E-voucher code is valid only if the payment is made with SBI Credit Card. Offer not valid for payment through Cash on delivery (COD)/Net banking/Debit Card /any other bank credit card, or any other available mode of payment available at vendor.

  9. E-Voucher code is valid for one time use on Vendor Partner microsite only.

  10. SBICPSL will not be responsible for email bounces, non-delivery of SMSs, wrong email id/mobile number updation or incomplete email id/mobile number updation in the system etc. Email/SMS will be sent to the email id and mobile number as updated in SBICPSL’s system.

  11. SBICPSL will not be responsible for non-delivery of E-voucher code to redeem gift in case the mobile number is on DNCR as per regulation.

  12. All orders Subject to the Terms of Use & policies  of Vendor.

How to redeem your Brand GV?

  1. Eligible cardholders will receive the product redemption e-voucher code and the microsite details for redemption of “Brand GV” through SMS and/or Email on registered contact details with SBICPSL.

  2. Visit the Partner microsite as communicated through registered SMS/email.

  3. Select Brand GV eligible for redemption at Partner microsite and enter e-voucher code (“Do you have a coupon?” field name) at cart page to avail the offer.

  4. E-voucher code is valid for a specific product ONLY as communicated by SBICPSL.

  5. Any additional payment must be charged to SBI credit card to avail the offer.

  6. E-Voucher discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including VAT and other applicable taxes.

  7. Cardholder has to check out by making a nominal payment of Rs 10 as a token amount to authorize the redemption of code on SBI credit card.  

  8. Once payment is done Brand GV will then be sent through SMS & Email on details entered during claim process.

  9. Upon receipt of E-code for specific brand, Brand GV can be claimed directly at site/store of respective brand.

  10. Brand GV will be valid as per brand policies and details will be shared once Brand GV is redeemed.

  11. All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of placing of order at vendor.

  12. By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions specified on vendor’s web site.

Standard Terms & Conditions

  1. SBICPSL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal by vendor to honor this offer for any reason whatsoever.

  2. SBICPSL does not hold out any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability, suitability etc., of the products and/or services offered by vendor and SBICPSLshall not entertain any correspondence in this regard.

  3. The products & services offered under this offer are at the sole responsibility of the participating Merchants and at their exclusive costs and consequences. SBICPSL does not endorse, nor recommends the quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose(s), after sale services, warranties etc., of the products and/or services being made available under this offer.

  4. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website are representative only and may not bear an exact resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.

  5. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL  or by the Vendor.

  6. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.

  7. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions

  8. Any query regarding the Offer or any matter related thereof will be entertained only till 120 days post offer end date. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer thereafter.

  9. This Offer is a standalone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of SBICPSL in any manner or form.

  10. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof.  Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the cardholder and SBICPSL. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English.  Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law

  11. In case of any dispute, decision of SBICPSL  shall be final and binding.

  12. If any term of this offer is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this offer, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included.
  13. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made available purely on a 'best effort basis'.

For Example: if you spend in 2 or more categories out of the 4 listed categories as per communication sent by SBi Card through SMS and Email, you will get complimentary gift vouchers from partner brand.

Q: Is there a minimum transaction of spend required in each category or in total?

A:There is NO minimum transaction amount per transaction needed to qualify. Cardholder needs to make at least one transaction of any amount is the specified Eligible MCC category.

  • If the requirement is to spend in 2 MCC, cardholder need to spend atleast once in each category to be eligible.

Q: How will I receive the voucher?

A: An ecode and microsite details will be sent to Eligible cardholders qho’ve qualified as per offer communication through SMS and email.

  • Visit microsite & enter code to redeem the brand Gift Vouchers.
  • Gift Voucher will be unique code that will be sent through SMS and Email instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Cardholder can then visit partner site or partner outlet and show the code to redeem offerGift voucher usage details, along with the associated Terms and Conditions would be mentioned in the email that you will receive.

Q: Who is eligible?

A: This Offer is open to Select SBICPSL cardholders whose credit cards are valid and in good standing. This offer is available only on invitation.

Q: How do I find out if I have qualified or not?

A: If you have qualified, you will automatically receive the Congratulatory SMS with ecode/microsite details within 45 days of offer end date. In case you do not receive the details, please call helpline post offer fulfillment to re-check your eligibility.
