OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This Etihad travel Campaign  (“Program”) is offered by SBI Card and Payment Services Limited (formerly known as SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Limited) (hereinafter referred as “SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Etihad Guest LLC hereinafter referred as “Etihad Guest”). It is open to all legal residents of India holding a valid and current Etihad Guest SBI Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL and/or Etihad Guest. The Customers who have not received the communication are considered ineligible.
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 6th  November (00:00 hrs) expiring on 6th December (23:59 hrs),(both days including) unless extended by SBICPSL and Etihad Guest by mutual consent in writing for a further period “additional term”.
3. All Etihad Guest SBI Card Cardholders to whom communication has been sent excluding delinquent or blocked covered cardholders will be eligible for this offer.
4. Additional Etihad Guest Miles under this Offer are available to all qualifying Customers, who will meet the eligibility criteria of this Offer as determined by Etihad Guest at its sole discretion from time to time.
5. In order to be eligible for the offer, the Cardholder has to perform successful transactions with the Etihad Guest SBI Card communicated in the offer, during the offer period.
6. Under this Program, the Cardholder will be offered additional bonus miles for spending on Etihad.com for Flight booking and on Etihad Holidays for Flight and Hotel Booking and the offer is segregated in 3 Tiers and can be combined on Etihad.com(www.etihad.com/sbic) and Etihad Holidays(www.etihadholidays.com/en-gb/)

• If the customer spends INR 75,000, then he will get 2 additional bonus miles/ Rs.100 spend.
• If the customer spends INR 1,50,000, then he will get 5 additional bonus miles/ Rs. 100 spend.
• If the customer spends INR 3,00,000, then he will get 10 additional bonus miles/ Rs. 100 spend.

7. Supplementary Cardholder’s spends shall be clubbed with the linked Primary Card to calculate spends eligible for the offer.
8. All transactions on the Credit Card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the Offer period will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
9. The Additional bonus miles shall be credited within 60 days after the promotion ends.

 
Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Etihad Guest SBI Card only excluding delinquent or blocked covered cardholders and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement between SBICPSL and their Clients. The terms of the above Program shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
2. The benefit of this Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions below and which are subject to change and/or to end at any time at the sole discretion of SBICPSL without any prior notice and the Cardholder shall not be entitled to any compensation of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with such change and/or cancellation.
3. The Cardholders acknowledge and agree that SBICPSL does not have any obligation, or liability, to indemnify the Cardholder or any party for any loss arising from any claim arising under, out of or related to this Program.
4. Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 31st December, Post such date, SBICPSL & Etihad Guest will not entertain any correspondence or communication in any manner whatsoever regarding this Program from any persons.
5.  SBICPSL shall not be liable or responsible to the Cardholder for any loss, damage, expense, claim or liability arising directly or indirectly out of any defect or deficiency in any services purchased on the Card or availed as a benefit, privilege or facility attached to the Card which shall be at the sole liability to Etihad Guest.
6. All the additional bonus miles that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in this communication.
7. Etihad Guest or SBICPSL is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Credit Card for any reason whatsoever.
8. Services or facilities offered under this program are subject to availability from Etihad Guest and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the services.
9. SBICPSL and Etihad Guest shall adhere, cater and ensure on best effort basis to perform the agreed terms and conditions of the program.
10. Under no circumstances will the offer being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Etihad Guest.
11. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
12. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Etihad Guest on services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Etihad Guest and without reference to SBICPSL.
13. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
14. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
15. SBICPSL reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card subject to intimation to Etihad Guest of such disqualification.
16. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. SBICPSL and Etihad Guest reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Delinquent and blocked covered Etihad Guest SBI Card credit cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
19. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
20. The Services offered under this Program is at the sole responsibility and liability of Etihad Guest at their exclusive costs and consequences. SBICPSL does not endorse or recommends the quality, suitability/ fitness for a particular purpose(s) of the services being offered and/or made available under this Program. Accordingly, SBICPSL will not be responsible and liable for any/all matters/claims connected therewith including but not limited to services liability, quality, defects, deficiency, representations, warranties etc., with respect to such services.
21. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
22. Any disputes arising out of the Offer between SBICPSL and Cardholder shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and amendment thereof. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL or Etihad Guest or any of its affiliates.
23. SBICPSL may engage, hire, use the services of agent(s) and/or any third party(ies) for the purpose of providing marketing or sales related services or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf and the customer may be required to deal with such agents/third parties/service providers with respect to such product/services.
