1. 1. This marketing program (�Program�) is from State Bank of India (�Bank�) and SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (�SBICPSL�) under an arrangement with Syncremedies(�Merchant�). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (�Cardholder�) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant.
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 20th February 2018 to 31st July 2018 (Both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and Merchant by mutual consent in writing.
3. All SBI Debit Cardholders and all SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no outstanding of more than 30 days are covered under this Program.

To avail these offers, the customer needs to call their Customer Care on +91 8884886567 and introduce him/her self by giving the Promocode SRSBI50 and informing him the type of offer he/she wants to take out of the above 4 offers.� The customer care will inform him about the charges and guide him to register online on www.syncremedies.com.� While paying on line, the customer needs to apply the promocode SRSBI50 once again to avail of the discount applicable to the SBI customer.
6. After the payment has been made, the customer care will call up and arrange for a video consultation at a time suitable to the customer
7. The Syncremedies offer ("Offer") shall be applicable only for online video consultations specifically availed for utilising the doctor and nutritional consultations ("Services").
8. The Offer aims to provide Services to the customers at a discounted price. However, the maximum allowable discount shall be capped at 50% of the actual price of the Services at any given point of time.
9. The Offer is eligible upon a specific doctor panel only, the list and availability of which shall be updated on the website from time to time. Nevertheless, this Offer shall not be applicable for requesting a specialist consultation

14. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant
15. The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
16. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Bank/SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
17. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
18. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs are offered
19. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by� Bank/SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank/SBICPSL.
20. SBICPSL alongwith its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India.� However, State Bank of India alongwith its direct affiliates is solely responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to State Bank Debit Cards without reference to SBICPSL.
21. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
22. Bank/SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
