• This Coupon applies to eligible hotels booked as a hotel-only booking (“Eligible Travel Service”). It cannot be used on a booking of a hotel combined with other offering such as flight + hotel package or flight + hotel + car package. It also cannot be used on accommodation supplied by third party bed banks
• This coupon is only valid on eligible bookings when you (i) click on the https://in.hotels.com/sbic (the “Website”) and (ii) paid for at the time of booking (subject to the restrictions set out in the terms and conditions below).
• This coupon cannot be redeemed through our call centre or support agent.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the platform, restaurant, and/or issuer shall be final and binding.
• Minimum Spend: International transaction of ₹20,000 equivalent and above in one transaction (minimum spend is the price of the travel reservation excluding any taxes, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs)
• Coupon Value (“Discount”): 15% off on the eligible international transaction, capped at ₹9,000 (or equivalent)
• Redemption Period: 28 April, 2026 12:00AM (India time) to 28 July, 2026 11:59PM (India time).
• Travel Period:The travel dates must be till 31 December 2026.
• Length of stay:Length of stay for a qualifying booking must be at least 1 night.
• Destination:Valid on eligible hotels worldwide, except those located in India.
• In order to use the Coupon, you must make payment using a Visa credit card issued by SBIC in India. This Coupon cannot be used on the app.
How to use your coupon code

• You must make your Eligible Travel Service booking on the Website. Use the Website to search for eligible hotels for your desired travel dates, within the travel period given above.
• During the booking process, at checkout you will see the link “Enter a coupon or promotion code” where your coupon needs to be entered.
• Enter the coupon code in the relevant field and then click the “Apply” button.
• If your booking is eligible, the applicable Discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
• Coupon redemption is complete only when you complete and pay for the booking.
• The Coupon can be used only once. Once a qualifying transaction is made with the Coupon, the Coupon will expire.
• This offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.
• This discount is valid only on bookings where the total transaction value is equivalent to more than INR 20,000, excluding any taxes, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs, for a booking made in the same room category.
• For instance, if a customer books a single room with a room rate equivalent to INR 7,000 per night (before taxes and fees) for a stay of 3 nights, the total booking value would amount to INR 21,000. Since this exceeds INR 20,000, the booking would qualify for the discount.
Other terms & conditions of Hotels.com

• Subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions and compliance with the Key Points above, the Coupon may be applied to an Eligible Travel Service booking. The Coupon can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid for at the destination or charged by the supplier.
• This Coupon cannot be redeemed against stays at https://in.hotels.com/lp/b/hotel-exclusions
• The exclusion list may be amended from time to time without prior notice. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against booking of properties offered by VRBO and/or HomeAway entities .
• Provided that you meet the applicable requirements, the Coupon entitles you to the Discount off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
• The Coupon is valid only for the Redemption Period, for travel during the Travel Period.
• Only one Coupon per transaction may be used.
• In the event that you make a booking for multiple rooms in a single transaction, the discount will apply only to the lowest priced room (ie: if you book three rooms the discount will apply only to one of the three rooms (this being the lowest priced room) and not to all rooms).
• The Coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (including, without limitation, any fees or charges that may be payable for extra guests attending the activity, parking costs or other charges), which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The Website’s Terms of Use apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
• The Coupon may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Coupon are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefits under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar program offered by third party marketing affiliates of Hotels.com.
• The Coupon cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. The Coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking
• The Coupon is void where prohibited by law and may only be used by the intended recipients who are legal residents of India aged 18 and over.
• The Coupon may not be used by any person professionally connected with this promotion, including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate programme partners.
• Improper use of the Coupon including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Coupon, is prohibited, may result in the voiding your use of the coupon and may constitute fraud
• This Coupon may not be transferred or sold. Any Coupon obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
• If Hotels.com becomes aware or has reason to suspect (in Hotels.com’s reasonable opinion), that a customer: (a) has breached these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Coupon; (b) has obtained this Coupon from an unauthorized channel; (c) has used the Coupon with a view to re-selling any travel product booked; (d) engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or (e) otherwise acted fraudulently, Hotels.com may, in its absolute discretion, stop the Coupon and/or cancel all bookings made by the customer using the Coupon without giving any reasons thereon. Hotels.com reserves the right not to refund customers for the cancelled transactions, including any non-refundable bookings.
• This Coupon can only be used by a customer making a booking directly via the Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
• Hotels.com reserves the right to vary the conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. Hotels.com's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
• These Terms and Conditions of Use of Coupon are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Hotels.com. These Terms and Conditions of Use of Coupon shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
• In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 30 days of transaction date. Post such date, SBICPSL & Partner will not entertain any correspondence or communication in any manner whatsoever regarding this Program from any persons.
• SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any direct liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability of the Partner.

• SBICPSL and Partner reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or some of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL to conduct further, similar, or other Offers.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer between SBICPSL and Cardholder shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and amendment thereof. The Seat & Venue of arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL or Partner or any of its affiliates.
• SBICPSL may engage, hire, use the services of agent(s) and/or any third party(ies) for the purpose of providing marketing or sales related services or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf and the customer may be required to deal with such agents/third parties/service providers with respect to such product/services.
• These terms & conditions shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
