Offer Terms & Conditions:

  1. This marketing program ("Program") is from SBI Card & Payment Services Ltd. ("SBICPSL") under an arrangement with Axelia Solutions Pvt. Ltd.("Pharmeasy") and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card ("Cardholder") and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant.
  2. The Validity of the Program ("Term") is : 15th Sep 2020 - 5th Oct 2020 (both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and the Merchant.
  3. Under this Program, a Cardholder can avail Extra discount of flat 5% cashback on orders at Pharmeasy (website and app) with SBI Credit Card.
  4. Offer Terms:
    • Flat 5% cashback on all orders at Pharmeasy.
    • The offer is applicable on sale of all the products through www.pharmeasy.in and Pharmeasy mobile app.
    • Min Transaction to avail the offer is Rs. 1500
    • Max Cashback per card account is Rs. 750
  5. How to Redeem Offer:
    • Log on to www.pharmeasy.in or Pharmeasy mobile app.
    • Select the desired products and add to cart.
    • Go to the payments page and checkout using SBI Credit Card.
  6. The cashback will be credited to the customer's account on 1st Dec 2020.
  7. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered by the Merchant can be availed by the Cardholders over and above of the exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  8. The availability, pricing and delivery of the product/s displayed or sold is at sole discretion of the merchant; SBI Card plays no role in issues related to the same.
  9. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
  10. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  11. Products offered under this Program are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of Merchant and accordingly SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  12. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant.
  13. All government levies such as sales tax, TDS, local taxes, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  14. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
  15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is deemed to be voluntary.
  16. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time at its own discretion.
