Terms and Conditions

  1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with 1MG Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(referred to subsequently as 1MG); It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and active SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL and/or 1MG. 
  2. The Validity of the Program is from 15th June 2020 till 31st December 2020 (“Offer Duration”), unless extended by SBICPSL and 1MG by mutual consent in writing
  3. All SBI Credit Cardholders excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is valid from 15th June 2020 till 31st December 2020.
  2. The coupon provides 16% off on Prescription drugs purchased on www.1mg.com + 5% 1MG cash (up to Rs 100)
  3. The offers cannot be redeemed for cash or clubbed with any other offer or promotion;
  4. OTC products come with an upfront discount on the website (0.01 % discount has been assigned to them for tracking purposes )
  5. Health/OTC products are delivered Pan-India(except J&K, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar);
  6. Rs 25/- delivery fees is applicable on all orders with less than Rs 500/- cart value;
  7. Coupon offers up to 40% discount (up to Rs. 3200) on lab tests & packages + 10% 1MG cash (up to Rs 800)
  8. A minimum of ?500 order value is required to avail the coupon discounts on Health Test & Packages.
  9. Max. discount on Radiology Tests is 25%. (Max up to ?4000/-)
  10. Coupon discount on lab tests are applicable only in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Howrah, Lucknow, Mohali, Panchkula, Jalandhar, Kalyan, Varanasi, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur, Surat, Ranchi, Raipur, Rajkot, Nashik, Coimbatore, Kolhapur, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Patna, Kanpur, Allahabad, Meerut, Ludhiana, Cuttack, Amritsar, Vadodara, Aurangabad, Secunderabad, Jabalpur and Vishakhapatnam.
  11. The offers are not applicable on Mahajan Imaging Center, Suraksha Diagnostic Pvt Ltd, Dr Gulati Imaging Institute, Nuclear Imaging Centre, Nuclear Healthcare Limited, Clinrad Diagnostics & Research Centre, Scan Lab, Total Diagnostics Care, Primex Scans and Elbit Medical Diagnostics Limited for Radiology tests & Dr. Lal PathLabs, SRL Limited, Max Healthcare Institute Limited, The Family Doctor (powered by Anand Diagnostic Laboratory), Vijaya Diagnostics and Metropolis Laboratories Pvt. Ltd for Pathology tests.

  13. 1mg reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the offer at its sole discretion and the same shall be binding on the customer at all times;

Steps to avail this offer

How to use:

  1. User visits www.1mg.com (for medicines) and www.1mg.com/labs (for labs);
  2. Login using his/her phone number and email id;
  3. Upload the valid prescription and select the medicines/lab tests to add in the cart;
  4. Once the cart is ready, go on check page and apply the coupon code SBICARD
  5. The user shall instantly get 16% and 40% of the order value as a discount on prescription medicines and lab tests respectively;
  6. Move forward with the selection of the payment mode (Cash on delivery or prepaid)
  7. The order will be completed by 1mg.com

Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement terms and conditions.
  2. Any query regarding the Offers will be entertained only till the Offer Duration. Post such dates, SBICPSL & 1MG will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
  3. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of 1MG
  4. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to vendors of 1MG
  5. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  6. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products.  None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  7. Cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
  8. Under no circumstance will the offer under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by 1MG
  9. SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by 1MG on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of 1MG and without reference to SBICPSL.
  10. All government Levies like GST, Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  11. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  12. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
  13. SBICPSL and 1MG reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  14. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  15. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English.
