  3. Payment needs to be made on swipe on SBI Credit Card.
  4. The discount cannot be encashed in part or full
  5. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other sale/scheme or discount running at the store
  6. The offer is not valid on purchase of Solitaires/Bullion/Coins, except for Suvarna Jewels.
  7. The discount is on MRP price
  8. No discount on the negotiated/bargained cost
  9. Pls inform your intention to pay through the SBI Credit Card before the bill is prepared
  10. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the brand at the store
  11. The offer is not valid on gold bars & silver coins

Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The jewellery offer (“Programme”) from SBI Card and Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL) , and 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (i.e. with no outstanding of more than 15 days ).
  2. The Validity of the Programme (Term) is from 26th April to 7th May 2019, unless otherwise specified in the respective Programmes. The discount can be availed by the Cardholders making a purchase only through their SBI credit Card.
  3. Offer is not applicable on SBI Corporate Card
  4. The exclusive offers/discounts extended by the participating brand would also be governed by any further condition(s), as and if specified on the offer communication.
  5. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 15th May 2019. Post such date, SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any persons.
  6. The discounts mentioned are as committed by 4MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD. However, Cardholders are requested to confirm the same before making a purchase. SBICPSL  would not accept any liability arising out of the above mentioned offer or any other offer/discount that are being extended by the respective participating brand.
  7. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s).
  8. In case of any customer/cardholder dispute, decision of 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD will be final and binding.
  9. SBICPSL does not endorse the quality of any of the items and/or brands being made available under the Programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery of such items.
  10. The discounts under this Programme cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating merchant as part of any other arrangement
  11. Pictures shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual items. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same .
  12. Items offered under this Programme are subject to availability from 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD. SBICPSL shall not be liable for non-availability.
  13. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Programme be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD
  14. The Offers once sold under this scheme are not returnable/exchangeable
  15. 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of the offers and/or discounts under the Programme.
  16. All government levies like Service Tax, and other such government duties, shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programme.
  17. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by 4 MM MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD  to be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi for SBICPSL. Language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
  18. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
