SBI Credit Card Offers

This promotional offer ("Offer") is being provided to you by SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (“SBICPSL") and is made available on the website www.amazon.in, and the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively "Amazon.in") by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon").
All SBI/TATA Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder”) excluding SBI Corporate Credit Card (“Card”) with no payment outstanding of more than 30 days and are covered under this Program.
The validity of the Offer is from 1-3 Dec 2020 (“Offer Period”) unless extended by SBICPSL at their sole discretion.
Under the Offer, any customer who makes a purchase of any product/products listed by a seller on Super Value Day Store or Amazon Pantry Store or Amazon Fresh on Amazon.in and makes payment using a Card during the Offer Period shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 10% provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 2,000.
The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 300 per card. For Example:
- Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 200
- Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 4000
- If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 200 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 100.
- If Pantry cart is checked out first, then discount on Pantry would be 300 and fresh would be Rs. 0.
- Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.
The Offer will also be available for Cardholders making a purchase using the EMI facility provided by SBICPSL.
This Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the 'Card on Delivery' payment option.
Offer not applicable on Infant Nutrition products.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

Other Terms & Conditions:

Any query regarding the instant discount will be entertained by SBICPSL only during the Offer period. Post such date, neither SBICPSL nor Amazon will entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the benefits under this Offer from any person.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SBI/TATA Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions. The terms of the above offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card agreement and Convert2EMI terms and conditions.
Amazon and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
SBICPSL and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
SBICPSL and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability and accordingly SBICPSL, and/or Amazon, in no circumstances, shall be liable for non-availability of any of any product.
Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products shall not be responsible towards the same under any circumstances.
Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL, or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers in the future.
SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Amazon on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Amazon and without reference to SBICPSL
All disputes between the Cardholders and SBICPSL (as the case may be) will be resolved by SBICPSL and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and SBICPSL.
Under no circumstances, will the instant discount being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Amazon.
The Cardholders expressly agree that Amazon (or any of its affiliates) will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product.
All existing offers or discounts etc. that are being offered on Amazon.in can be availed by the Cardholders in addition to this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Program and any participation is deemed to be voluntary.
Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
All government levies such as GST, sales tax, TDS, local taxes, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
