Manage your account on the go with the SBI Card Mobile App
To enhance the security of your credit card account, the latest version of SBI Card Mobile App will bind your mobile device with the mobile number that you have registered with SBI Card.
Once the process is complete, the App will be accessible on your mobile device only if the device has the SIM card of your Registered Mobile Number.
For a secure login to SBI Card Mobile App, it is mandatory to access it from a trusted mobile device, with your Registered Mobile Number. This prevents any unauthorised attempt to access your SBI Card Online Account from an unregistered device.
To bind your SBI Card Mobile App, your mobile device should have SIM card with your Registered Mobile Number, and you should have an active data / internet connection.
If you are a new user and have not registered on our Mobile App, please follow the below steps:
In case you have forgotten your User ID or Password, please click on ‘Forgot Login Details’ to reset your password.
To verify the mobile number on your device, the App will require critical permission to access network information and send SMS to verify your Registered Mobile Number available with SBI Card.
Android Users:
An automated SMS will be triggered from your device to SBI Card for verification of Registered Mobile Number.
iOS Users:
You will need to trigger a templated SMS to SBI Card for verification of the Registered Mobile Number.
Please note: Standard SMS charges will be applicable. Please ensure you have valid SMS pack. Do not close or minimize the App during the Mobile Number
Verification process.
Once the verification is complete, an OTP will be triggered to your Registered Mobile Number for SIM binding. Enter the OTP to complete the process.
In a rare scenario, if SIM binding is unsuccessful due to technical issues, please login to your account and follow the above-mentioned instructions
At any given point of time, you will be allowed to link only one mobile device with your login credentials. If you already have one device linked to your account, please unlink the existing device to link a new device. Kindly ensure you have the Registered Mobile Number present in the new device.
Yes. Your multiple accounts with same login credentials can be accessed from SBI Card Mobile App. To secure your transactions on SBI Card App, your mobile device is linked with your SIM card and Registered Mobile Number.
If you wish to unlink your existing mobile device with your user account and link a new device, please follow the steps as listed in A3 above.

You can follow below the steps for delink your device from your login account:
a) Link a new device
Please follow steps mentioned in FAQ 3(b) to link your new device. You can manage all your linked devices from App settings section inside the menu.
b) Call up customer Care
Please call SBI Card helpline to unlink your account.
