  • The payment for the said bookings/purchases need to be made exclusively through SBI Corporate Credit Card only.  
  • The discount on the Voice/Data Post Paid SIM cards will be applied during the time of bill generation.
Eligible Cards

Only on SBI Signature Corporate Card, SBI Platinum Corporate Card & Tata Corporate Card.

  • This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Clay Telecom are open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Corporate Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL.
  • The Validity of the Program (“Term”) from 15th February 2018 – 14th Feb 2019 (“Term”) unless extended by the parties by mutual consent in writing.
  • Under this Programme, Merchant shall provide to all eligible SBI Corporate Credit Cardholders certain discount as mentioned herein below on purchases made on Merchant’s’ Website www.claytelecom.com (“Website”).

  • The services will only be delivered on completion of the documentation as per DOT norms.
  • Mandatory Documents required: Photocopy of First and Last page of Passport, Photocopy of Visa issued by the travelling country, Signature on the duly filled Agreement Form and SBI credit card copy for validation
  • The customer must recharge to activate the SIM card
  • The customer must pay shipping cost of Rs. 150 at the time of delivery
  • Cardholder needs to communicate the intent to avail the offer at the time of buying the Voice/Data SIM.
  • This promotion/offer cannot be used in combination with any other Clay offers.
  • Clay reserves the rights to add, modify, alter, withdraw all or any of the terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, without any prior notice.
  • The customer/cardholder is not permitted to use Clay products for any anti- national, illegal, unlawful or abusive purposes. Clay reserves the right to terminate usage in such an event without assigning any reasons.
  • The customer will be using various mobile phones and SIM cards provided by Clay for self- usage and will not transfer them to any third-party without explicit written consent and authorization by Clay.
  • The usage made from the connection would be sole responsibility of the user & Clay reserves the right to retrieve the information/cost against the usage from the traveller.
  • All terms & conditions of the solutions/services/tariff plans will be applicable.
  • It is important to follow dialing instructions. Clay holds no responsibility in case of any issue that arises due to incorrect dialing procedure.
  • Roaming charges may apply while using Clay SIM outside the country for which it is contracted for.
  • These plans are not valid for use while you are on a cruise. Calls made on cruise/satellite/remote Island will have additional costs.
  • Calls to Toll Free Numbers/Directory Enquires/and other value added services to the country of travel are chargeable at a premium rate, please check with your account representative for more information.
  • GPRS is pre-activated on Clay SIM cards and charges are as applied by the network.
  • The incoming caller number will be passed on to the customer subject to availability from the caller’s service provider
  • Clay SIM cards are not compatible with Network Locked Phones / BlackBerry Handsets.
  • In case of loss of SIM Card, the cost of the inventory will be charged. Clay holds no responsibility of offering the same number to the traveller.
  • In case of loss of SIM card & handset, the user/corporate is requested to intimate Clay ASAP so that SIM can be blocked. The usage on the SIM is customer’s liability till it is blocked. Also, the user is liable for the lost charges.
  • SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products/services or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Clay Telecom
  • These offers cannot be availed of in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, offers or schemes
  • The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
  • All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  • Pictures of products/services shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products/services. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  • Products/services offered under this program are subject to availability. SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  • Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Clay Telecom
  • SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Clay Telecom on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Clay Telecom and without reference to SBICPSL.
  • All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  • Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  • SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
