Edge - Demonstrates high standard for personal conduct in all business transactions. Takes responsibility for own mistakes and puts into practice lessons learned. Makes good discussions when information is scarce, clearly asserts his own opinion, confronts conflict constructively.
Execute - Sets and meets aggressive commitments, selects talented high performing team members, changes plans when situations warrant it, welcomes feedback on own performance, quickly implements new and better ways of doing things.
