is the Shop & smile rewards Calculated? |

You get 1 reward point
for every Rs 50 of spends on your SBI International
& City affinity cards. You get 1 reward
point for every Rs 40 of spends on your SBI
Gold card(Only on retail transactions –excluding
petrol,encash,insurance and balance transfer) |

Whats
the Eligibility for the Shop & Smile rewards
Program? |

The rewards program is
only open for valid SBI cardholders. Valid
SBI card holder who are non delinquent and
non-blocked accounts.Cm whose account is blocked
or is delinquent would not be eligible to
accrue or redeem points. |

How
will I know about my accumulated reward points? |
|
Your SBI card monthly statement
has a separate section that will show your
reward points earned and redeemed. You may
also call the SBI Card helpline to know the
as on date status of the reward points earned.
You can also log on to www.sbicard.com to
check your latest reward point status. |

How
Do I Redeem my Reward Points? |
|
There are three ways to
redeem your reward points:

Give us a call at our call center numbers
mentioned on the back of the reward catalogue.

Redeem online on our website i.e www.sbicard.com

When
can I not redeem my reward points? |
|
You will be unable to accumulate
or redeem points, if on a particular date
the card account is not in good standing /delinquent
i.e payment on the card has been missed for
two statement cycles or more. |

Can
I redeem my reward points and send the gift
to someone else ? |
|
The rewards will be delivered
only to your mailing address as per our records
this is to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. |

When
will I receive my requested redemption Item? |

Please allow 2to 3 weeks
for processing and delivery of gifts. |

Can
I change or cancel orders once placed? |

No changes or cancellation
would be allowed once orders are placed. |

Do
my reward points expire? |

Yes. All reward points
earned have a life of two years .All points
not redeemed within two years of accrual shall
expire. |

there an Enrolment fees for the rewards Programme? |

No shop and smile rewards
program is free of cost.A nominal Rs 20 as
redemption fee would be charged to you everytime
you redeem your gift. |
