- The ‘Dream Holidays Offer’ from SBI Cards and Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. (SBICPSL) through its associated merchant establishment Travelguru is open to all SBI Cardholders (Cardholders) holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (Card), with no outstanding of more than 90 days.
- The Offer is valid till 31st December 2009 (Term).
- Under the Offer, the SBI Platinum Cardholders can avail Flat 15% discount on domestic hotel & holiday bookings (only on stay component) and all other SBI Cardholders can avail Flat 10% discount on domestic hotel & holiday bookings (only on stay component) by using SBI Card. Discount is calculated on the base price exclusive of all taxes and surcharges.
- Purchase can be on the website (www.travelguru.com) OR the Travelguru reservation centre (8 am – 8 pm) by calling on 022 – 42754878 OR through any of the Travelguru Retail outlets across India (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore).
- Offer is valid for redemptions upto 31st December 2009 , 2009. Bookings can be done on or before 31st December 2009 for any travel/ stay dates.
- To avail the offer, the cardholder will have to mention the appropriate discount code in the Discount Coupon field at the time of hotel booking on the Travelguru website, reservation centre or retail outlet. The 9 character discount code is ‘TGS’ followed by the ‘first 6-digits of his/ her SBI Credit Card Number’ in the Discount Coupon field at the time of hotel booking .
Example: If your SBI card number is 4567 8912 4567 1234, then you have to mention TGS456789 as the code in the discount coupon field to avail the discount.
- The discount will be given at the time of booking itself depending on the type of card.
- This discount coupon cannot be clubbed or redeemed in conjunction with any other Cash back/ Discount offer of Travelguru.
- All terms and conditions of this discount coupon are subject to change without prior notice at any time. Standard Travelguru terms & conditions apply.
- Any date changes, cancellation, refund, etc. are as per Travelguru policy & guidelines and subject to applicable penalty.
- The purchases done under this Offer are being provided directly by Travelguru and SBICPSL is neither responsible nor guarantees quality, delivery or services provided nor is it liable if the same is in any way deficient.
- SBICPSL would not entertain any correspondence regarding the Offer and all Cardholder concerns; queries and complaints pertaining to the product and its delivery shall be taken up directly with Travelguru.
- Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
- SBICPSL in consultation with Travelguru reserves the sole right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
- Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL to be conducted in accordance to Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.
