	You can either apply online or download the Balance Transfer Request Form.
	Complete the details as given in the Balance Transfer Request Form.
	Check that the details have been filled correctly and that the other card no. has been written legibly.
	Mail the Downloaded Request Form designed as a Business Reply Letter back to us. (Please print page one on one side of the paper and page two on the reverse side of the same paper. Fold it along the specified lines and mail it to us.)
