In the first three weeks of joining, you will undergo an intensive induction training. This program is specifically designed to facilitate your transition from academic to working life. Thereafter, you will be given focussed assignments in various functions of our business. After completing the second assignment, you will be placed in a specific function where you will receive on-the-job training. Apart from this, in your first year of career you will undergo "Quality Awareness Training" for one week, known as Green Belt Training. This is a part of GE's worldwide quality initiative. On completion of your on-the-job-training you will receive your confirmation with us.
